Hôtel Dress Code

The room was gorgeous with the balcony. We loved having coffee in the morning on the balcony. The location was superb with the Metro within walking distance having the stores, restaurants, and attractions all within less than a 10min walk. I have used the spa in the past an I love the warm world pool and steam room!

The staff is so friendly, they remembered us from our stay 6months ago—THAT is service. I can’t really put a negative comment here.

Absolutely surprising new hotel, with excellent modern design - the architect and the decorators must have been real professionals with excellent taste. Very attentive and cooperative staff, doing their job almost invisibly. Bright and clean rooms with comfortable beds and bed sheets, good sound insulation are a plus. Enjoyed good and high quality breakfast, offering the best of Paris food. Well thought lighting for different occasions, a modern HQ TV. A tiny balcony with flower jars and baskets will add charm and romantic mood to your stay. WiFi is impeccable.

There may be some improvements made in terms of functionality of rooms: storage space is limited, bathrooms are evidently missing hooks and small shelves.

The location was great. Many great restaurants and caffe were located within a short distance of the hotel. The hotel staff was extremely helpful , especially Lina, who was always helpful in answering our questions and providing information related to things to see and places to eat at. Our room was very clean and a comfortable size. Overall we enjoyed our stay in this hotel and in Paris. We recommend this hotel.

We liked everything about this hotel

The location of the hotel is phenomenal! We did a lot of walking as most of the main attractions were near by and public transportation and taxi stops were also super convenient. The hotel is new, clean, modern, and beautiful. The staff super friendly and accommodating. I did not have time to try the spa but it looked very relaxing. The hotel is small and they only serve breakfast but that was delicious also. The first night the room was a little warm for me but the next day, I told them and the following two nights I was very comfortable with the temperature. There is a super market near by which was a good option to buy extra soft drinks, snacks and fresh fruit. I would definitely recommend the hotel. Great staff!

The hair dryer! But I am just picky with that. It was still very functional.

Elegant, well thought-through hotel, near RER Auber and Opera .. reception smelled so nice. Super comfy bed. We took the 'superior double room' which was not really huge, but big enough for a couple of nights stay, with some storage and coffee/team making facility, and small fridge. Large shower (therefore no bath). Best was the noise insulation, had 2 sets of double-glazed windows which kept the Paris hubbub to a minimum and helped the air-con. Not cheap, but good compared to the poor quality you often get in Paris. Did not try the breakfast which seemed pricey at EUR 18 pp.

Paper cups for the in-room coffee. Why this, when everything else is such high quality ?

Excellent location! All sightseeings are near by, shopping as well. Very clean hotell. Excellent breakfast! Nice rooms! Nice bathroom ( except the hot water case). Breakfast lady's are really nice and friendly. Receptionists could be a bit happier with quests.

In the shower was very hot water and you couldn't regulate it to have a colder water. On the tap was written 38 degree. But the water was so hot that you could stay with all your body under the shower. So after very long day I couldn't relax under the shower. If I wanted to wash in the morning only hair it was so hot that I could burn my head. :(

The location was wonderful-close to everything.

Joel & the lovely tall lady(Long blond hair) they were so helpful and especially over breakfast. She was so thoughtful and served us coffee too! And thank you for always getting me some Gluten free bread and cakes. Thank you

standard room too small - I hit my head and couldn’t have enough space to walk past the bed. I understand Paris is expensive and rooms are generally small but once the double bed was fit in there was no space to walk on the foot side. Also the hotel features a “spa” but it’s a steam room and a pool slightly bigger than a tub with mirrors placed on all three sides and you have to book and pay to use this tiny pool and steam room. the access to this spa isn’t very nice either. so not a great representation.

Great hotel. Fantastic location right next to Place de la Madeline, with lots of cafes and shops. The staff was very welcoming and pleasant. Comfortable amenities in the executive room, the shower was very good!

The main thing which would have been very useful was more storage space (a closet or additional shelves), the space to hang clothes (especially coats) is quite small. Power sockets next to the bed would have also helped a lot.

The whole experience was great. Its in a very good neighborhood with easy access to metro and bus. Area is upscale and safe. Hotel fits the area and meets clients needs. Our few interactions with the staff resulted in good guidance or action.

The "runway" carpet in the lobby needs to be repaired... Small item but I think it detracts from the overall feel.
