Hotel Le Richemont

Our room was much larger than others we had experienced in Paris. It was absolutely spotless and had been recently renovated, judging by the bathroom fixtures. The beds were comfortable and the street was quiet. The breakfast was good and offered a wide array of choices.

We visited in August and, while the hotel does have air conditioning, it was very weak. We were on the top floor so felt comfortable opening our windows while we slept. However, had we been on a lower floor and felt we needed to close the windows at night, we would have been uncomfortable. We felt safe walking around the neighborhood and enjoyed a couple of very good restaurants close by. The neighborhood is, however, quite far from the center of Paris.

Overall the hotel is great if you need a place for just a night and manage to get a good deal online: - Bedroom was better than expected, very spacious and airy. Bathroom was simple and clean - Metro station just a few minutes away - lots of bakeries, cheap takeaways et organic supermarkets around

- Found some biscuits and crumbs under the sofa from previous visitors - Although they give you instructions on how to increase and decrease the A/C, the staff confirmed you can’t control the temperature of the AC. It’s set at 24.5 degrees…which is pretty warm for a hot summer day. Lady at reception was a bit sarcastic about it and said I should just use the fan that was in the wardrobe. - elevator is a bit dodgy, it stopped working for a little on the day I checked in.

Very well postioned i very quiet neighbourghood. Very easily to access by 2 metro lines. Close there are super markets and bakeries so veru comfortable to stay. I repeat the room was very quiet so after all day running all over Paris as tourist this is excelent and peacefull. The bed was amazing, for the first time I slept so good on the 1st night (usually I need 1-2 nghts to get use to the bed), this was amazing.

No refrigerator or mini bar in the room Small room with just one chair but al in al OK.

Very helpful and friendly staff, spoke good English and made check in and check out easy. The rooms were very comfortable and luxurious with a kettle and mini bar. Washing and showering facilities were good with nice large towels for getting dry. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The Natural History Museum was about half an hour's walk and other famous sites were also within walking distance. The Metro was also nearby so easy to get around the rest of the city. An enjoyable stay.

A nice hotel, in a pretty safe neighbourhood. The room was new, very clean and compared to other rooms in Paris it was really spacious. We were offered an upgrade to a triple room, since the elevator was out of order and we had to climb the stairs for two out of four floors. Although I was travelling with my 82 year old father, this was not a problem since he is very athletic. I cannot imagine, though, what would happen if he weren't. The metro line and bus lines were very close. We were able to leave our luggage in a safe room at the hotel on our last day. The neighbourhood is OK, not very interesting though. That said, we were able to find something to eat late when we arrived, and there is a nice bistrot just outside the hotel for a steak or something to drink. Baliba at the reception was very very very kind and helpful, we can't thank her enough! <3

Elevator was out of order, but we were offered an upgrade to the room. There were often trucks outside our window very early in the morning, and it was pretty noisy so we had to wake up early, which is not ideal when you walk all day. The nice bar right below didn't help for an early sleep either!

Spacious room nicely decorated and super comfortable, and a spotless bathroom with separate toilet. Enjoyed the luxury extras like bath salts, bath robes and slippers after a day of walking around the sights. While the location is quiet and residential, there are cafes and shops in the area. The bus stop is around the corner and the metro a five minute walk away, providing easy access to Paris attractions. Pleasant staff who all spoke English.

Quite a convoluted way to get to our room (climb two flights of stairs, find the lift, take it for three floors, then climb more stairs). The upside of that was we were on a floor of our own with easy access to the rooftop terrace.

Awesome location in a residential area, near the metro and stores. Everything you need is 5 minutes away (more or less). The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was decent-sized considering we were staying in Paris. The staff were helpful and made our stay more enjoyable!

The wall plugs were behaving weirdly. sometimes they worked, sometimes they didn’t. We never knew if our phones would charge overnight or not. We don’t think the breakfast is worth it, as there are boulangeries nearby.

We really liked the appartment. It was cozy, and clean. Bed was comfortable. Wifi was stable. Location was very good with easy metro access nearby and transport infrastructure. The staff was very nice and friendly.

There was a small problem with the lighting, one lamp did not work at all and the shower without a door looked strange. Also, the breakfast was not good (cold milk, cold boiled eggs).

The Front Desk staff were all extremely friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in 2 hours early, which was a great help coming directly from the airport. The rooms were regularly cleaned and quiet. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was a bonus during one of the hottest days in Paris (41 degrees).

Shower was a little small and not much counter space in the bathroom, but this is in line with most European hotels.

Nice and simple hotel where to spend some days. Room was very comfortable. We were in the corner of third floor facing the road where not many cars pass by. Booking and hotel offered a superior (we paid for a standard) as genius client. The street is a little apart but you may reach the Main Street in two minutes and subway is also very close. Good shower and toilet. Very good beds. I needed to be in the 13th, so it was perfect, but I saw it was easy to move to the center very easily. Very good quality ethnic restaurants around!

Breakfast is incredibly expensive since you may eat a lot. I would suggest a small ‘package’ with coffee and toasts for a reasonable price for people who do not want that much. There is a bakery close by and we went there in the morning for coffee and cakes. It would have been more comfortable to have them in the hotel even it was not a big problem. Internet is not always working very well. But in general, very good and safe place where to stay.
