- best value for money August 2022 (about 515 PLN per night with breakfast). EurPln = 4.7 - amazingly quiet rooms - very good breakfasts - they serve croissants, pain au chocolate, sweet creaps and pancakes. Additionally 3 types of cheese and 3 types of hams. There are yogurts with granola, cornflakes, honey, Nutella, cereals, confitures etc. Bread, toasts and hard boiled eggs as well. Every day the same food but it's still much more than you would got in any restaurant for 8-10 euros. Coffee and water in unlimited all day. - 3min walk max to metro station - 30-40min max to main tourist attractions - very friendly staff - comfortable and clean rooms - bigger by about 3m2 than any other in city centre. - enough storage room for two people

- There are 3 elevators, but one is for staff only. I would recommend to make it available for tourists during peak hours (I.e. breakfast time) - the breakfast room could be a little bit bigger but it is what it is and you might need to wait 3-5min for a table

An excellent hotel. Clean and decently spacious room (which is rarely the case in Paris, at least for this price range...), helpful staff and a location that is not central but allows to go to all central places by public transportation in no more than 30 minutes (tram and metro stop is just 100 m from the hotel). The area is acceptably safe, I didn't see any dangerous situations during my 6-days stay (and at night I was going back to the hotel around 10-11pm).

I really appreciate communication with hotel (no problem with after midnight arrival and with keeping the luggage in the hotel after check-out), nice price and location near to the metro station (be careful, there are two stations with similar name - Place d´Italie and Porte d´Italie :-)). Very good location for arrival via Orly Airport and close to the city centre. Breakfast was beautiful, rooms clean and comfortable, staff professional.

Maybe a number of guests is a little bit problem during breakfast, the breakfast hall was overcrowded, but on the other hand there was enough food all the time. :-) Another negative part is a noisy street next to the hotel, but you always can close the window and stay in the silence.

We really enjoyed breakfast, it was delicious. Freshly baked baguette, freshly made pancakes or crepes, cakes, delicious cheese. Although it was very crowded (all tables were full), the adequate amount of staff and their effectiveness did not create any bottlenecks. The room had a nice view of the neighborhood. Excellent idea to have free coffee / chocolate/ tea available 24/7 for the guests. Unimaginable free water, not only still but sparkling as well. Really made a difference to how attentive we feel the hotel was. Nicely decorated room with modern furniture. Towels changes every day.

I believe that the cleanliness of the room could have been better. We found many hair in the matress and bath and also many stains (transparent, but still stains) in the bath. We would appreciate to have slippers available.

Overall I was satisfied because it gave me the most important things. A modern room with easy access to transportation in a decent area. The design is quite nice and the staff were friendly. It has very close access to buses, the tram, the metro and bicycles.

The main street is noisy and the window doesn’t do a lot. If you can be bothered by noisy people or screaming ambulances then ask for a high floor room or towards the back. The room is smallish but this is typical paris however it also has no safe, no kettle, no napkins in the room. Very basic amenities. There was hair in the bathroom which was not mine and i reached for something below the bed and came up with a disgusting ball of hair. However in general the hotel looks clean and modern.

Breakfast was Ok, not outstanding, but not bad. Enough of what was served and they kept bringing more of the stuff served. Coffee was atomatic machine made, the same as every other hotel in most of france. They had some sandwitches by the reception to be able to grab something to eat too. Nice detail having access to the hot water/tea/coffee machine by the reception.

Nothing really to complain, but I could say that our "city views" room was facing a construction site (note, that the room was perfectly sound isolated and we didn´t hear a thing), so no nice views there. We read that there was outstanding breakfast included, and while it was good (and it was ok!), i've had better. If I really had something to bring attention and maybe fix: The hot water in the shower/tub changed from cold to scalding

This hotel is nothing extraordinary, but provides a pleasant stay. Close to metro line 7, so although it is a bit not in the centre, its relatively convenient. The area is not that packed with restaurants and things to do, so expect to take transport from major attractions often. Breakfast was fine with a relatively limited selection, with a nice touch with takeaway box due to early check out time.

The hotel looked new, with modern facilities and rooms. The outside view from the room was nice. Polite staff and spacious reception area that had a machine for making tea and coffee without additional charge. The breakfast area was also pleasant.

Mainly that the room was too small for two people. Though the bathroom was spacious enough, the actual room wasn't. The breakfast was very basic, there were limited options. I wouldn't mind if this was a 1-2 day stay, but for 6 days it was a disappointment. The hotel is a 2-minute walk away from the metro station, but I wouldn't say it is central enough. One would need 20 mins to get to the centre of Paris. Then again, this might be considered a small distance for a city such as Paris.

+ very good price/performance ratio. + clean. + good WiFi reception. + good air-conditioned. + free unlimited water (sparkling and still) and different kinds of tea and coffee in lobby. + breakfast: all you can eat and lots of variety. + free luggage storage before check-in and after check-out. + close to bus stop, tram and subway (metro). + close to supermarket (carrefour city).

- the drain in the shower cabin was clogged so water spilled out and there wass no drain in the toilet so the water from the shower couldnnot flow out. - couldn't check-in until 14.15. - to pay the tourist tax/fee, the receptionist refused the 100 Euro note given and received no receipt for it. - once we saw small mouse in the breakfast room. - no safety box in the room. - the breakfast menu is almost the same every day.

Most of the staff were incredibly friendly and accomodating to english speakers so that was very nice. The hotel room felt clean, new and very comfortable to stay in. The room was generously-sized and the wifi very consistent. The hotel is located next to a bus stop and metro station so it was very easy to get to the city centre via public transport. There were no hot foods such as eggs or bacon for breakfast but they had a good selection of breads, cheeses, salads and pancakes so we were happy! There was also a good selection of juice and tea (tea and coffee were available all the time). We loved that there was a tap in the lobby that we could use to fill up our bottles with chilled still or sparkling water. The neighbourhood also felt quite safe and nice to be in. We'd definitely stay here again for our next visit!
