This self-catering room was quite exceptional- the house is in a slightly scruffy-looking street but inside it is really beautifully decorated, spacious, everything spotless, nice kitchen facilities too and a little courtyard. Close to the metro station in an interesting quarter of town.

Nothing I didn't like, but two small suggestions- the little bathroom window is difficult to reach for a shorter person so perhaps privide a folding stool. And the directions in the booklet to the restaurant the host runs need updating to the new location- I found it though and the food and atmosphere are very nice too.

Gorgeous house full of character and such spacious, bright rooms. Perfect location on a quiet street (regional train line) just steps from bars, restaurants, metro station, and technopolis, where I was lucky to catch the Athens Jazz Festival. The managers are are incredibly hospitable, helpful, and readily available, as well as the cleaning staff. They helped store my luggage for a few days too. Easy self check-in. Stocked shared kitchen with laundry (!!), beautiful garden, etc, all great! Overall felt very safe and secure, comfortable, relaxed, and pampered.

Really hard to say anything negative about this place! Was very happy with it.

The room, the shared courtyard, the shared kitchen with some left over dry food goods which could be handy. Washing machine and airer plus iron. All really good and unexpected. The location is really good as although it's a little out of town it's one metro stop from the centre and very easy to use with ticket purchase being valid for 24hrs. So good

The water was warm on day one and stone cold day two. The trains are a little bit noisy as they have to hoot traffic to warn they are coming.

It was a very big room, nicely decorated. Everything was clean. Even if we didn't get to use it we saw there was a kitchen and the patio for the guests to use. The metro station and a few good dinner places (and many night clubs) were at a short walking distance (less than 5 min). We got clear instructions in good time on how to access the guest house. Considering the prices in Athens, it was a good value for the price.

Nothing, everything was as expect from photos and previous reviews, like a bid hard bed (for my like) and some street noise sinc the rooms face the street and the railway (but it was kind of normal level for a mediterranean big city).

Place was clean and well kept. Wifi was very reliable with adequate speed. Facilities such as supermarket, hair saloon among others are close by. I was also able to take a 30 min walk to the pantheon. All in all, a nice place to stay

This felt more like an apartment than a guest house. there is no actual staff or room service. There are tracks opposite the road. Its not very loud, but its enough to wake you up sometimes. If you are a light sleeper, might not recommend this. But the place is neat and great price.

I really liked the location. It is a 4 min walk to the metro station, which makes the tourist locations very easy to access. I specifically enjoyed exploring Kerameikos, it is a quieter and more relaxing place. You can find very good authentic restaurants and get away from the noisy streets in the centre.

I had some issues opening and closing the doors because the keys would sometimes be stuck.

1. When we reached the restaurant to pick up the key, Ahmad served us with water and also explained some details about Athens. 2. Halil helped my wife with her bag until the accommodation. 3. Place was clean and well maintained. 4. Place near the metro and very near a supermarket with good prices and vegan products as well(pizza, yougurt, etc) near restaurants. 5. Place has everything it needs like a home.

1. Bathroom door was squeaking. 2. Noise from the passing trains ( railway in front of the building) Because I didn't manage to sleep my best because of the trains passing ( noise 4- 5 out of 10) I can give a max 8

The room had character, was nicely renovated and perfectly located in the heart of the alternative district. Metro station is, also, walking distance away.

The airconditioning is, definitely, inadequate for this high ceiling room or not working properly. It was really cold, even when one chose the highest temperature. The stay was inconfortable due to this reason. There are many small detail, as well, that have to be taken care of if some would like to call the service of high level (the shower holder is broken, sink stopper is blocked etc)

It was a very pleasant stay. The local shops and restaurants were extremely convenient and had everything I was used to having and new items I tried for the first time. A glitch In my booking that I caused went very smoothly. Thanks to the staff and the community for making me feel at home. This name is really appropriate for this business model.

I have really enjoyed my visit to a comfortable and enjoyable location with stores and restaurants in walking distance. Exactly what I had in mind when planning this spontaneous trip.
