Pleasantly impressed. The hotel is clean, comfortable room, very comfortable beds, with balcony, terrace, mini kitchen equipped with what I needed. Extremely kind staff, they will help you with the indications you need. Metro station quite close (approx. 750m), which facilitates access to other areas of the city. If needed, the host provides transportation to and from the airport for a fee. If you already have a car, the parking lot is large, free for guests. The breakfast was tasty, and the outdoor terrace where it was served made the atmosphere pleasant. I recommend this location.

Excellent overall experience. Very helpful and nice staff. One person even spoke Polish! Regardless of that all of the communicated well in English. Very nice room! I would definitely recommend.

The breakfast comes in sealed, refrigerated packages which was ok. It includes bread, cheese, sliced ham, cottage cheese, jam, juice, muffins. Unfortunately the content didn't change for 4 days. Regardless the staff provided free coffee and water.

Everything we need during a vacation was included in this property. We liked friendly staff, small garden full of jasmine scents, parking area and the level of cleanliness. Also, we were very satisfied with the restaurant that the guy at reception suggested for us. It took 5-10 minutes to the closest metro station (Keramikos) so it was a good chance to see around a non-touristic area while walking.

The hotel was ideally placed for my work meetings, and in general terms it was less than 10 minutes from Kerameikos metro station, from a small supermarket and from one of the stops for the City Sightseeing buses. I had a large corner room with a double bed and separate single bed, small table and stools, a kitchen area with a sink, fridge, microwave, crockery and cutlery. Outside there was a bright and spacious balcony with another table and chairs. The air conditioning worked well. Breakfasts were €7, booked in advance for the whole trip or day-by-day. We were served orange juice, water, tea or coffee, a selection of pastries (croissants, spinach, cheese fillings), a kind of light rye bread with a selection of jams and honey, and toasted ham and cheese sandwiches. You could eat in the hotel garden or in your room. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and there was also a very cute hotel cat :)

It was a little bit confusing how to get in at the beginning - the glass doors are locked and there's no doorbell, so you just have to knock and get buzzed in - a sign might be helpful. The area from Kerameikos metro to the hotel has a lot of car-related shops and not much else - be aware that it's not immediately obvious what there is to do around there. However, the hotel can advise on nearby shops / tavernas etc.

It was spacious, and secure the staff were keen to please and attentive It’s not as busy as being in the centre centre Ample towels, no hob (supplied on request and a secure car park.

•the neighbourhood lets it down, a little run down •we could not sit on the balcony as it was unlit, smelled funky and overlooked a junkyard. •difficulties with a/c (remedied the next day but after a sleepless night) •I was a little concerned to find a cockroach inside the bathroom when we arrived as it is a serviced apart-hotel and not a residence with nearby cess pit. •They largely ignored calls and messages after 11pm (first the a/c i ended up unable to sleep and sweating till morning and second i needed something from the car and didn’t tell me they lock the carpark despite asking)

It was close to everything and the staff is very friendly. They brought up our breakfast at the time we asked. Breakfast included warm pastries and bread with a special iced cappuccino Room was clean with a nice large balcony. Room is sound proof with mini kitchen.

Everything was perfect thank you so much. Hotel was very clean and tidy. Location perfect, you can go to everywhere by metro. Directly line from airport to the hotel by metro:) many many thanks!

So friendly and serviceminded staff!! Really nice and welcoming. We arrived late in the evening and they called all nearby restaurants to see which ones who were open! And found a really good one. They made us an early breakfast (because we had a bus to catch) and ordered the cab. For us it was a great location near the big bus station. The room was nicely decorated and clean with comfortable beds. Thank you so much

Amazing staff and super spacious rooms located in a non touristy safe part of urban Athens that is still close to touristy areas . We really enjoyed our stay and they make great frappes

Very close to party area. Good breakfast. Very nice staff. Good wifi. Very quiet.

Last renovation has been some time ago, but if it were newly renovated you would have to pay at least 50% more. A kettle is in the room but coffee and milk you have to bring by yourself.
