Downtown Athens Lofts - The Acropolis Observatory0

Everything was brilliant. Staff communication was excellent. The apartment was clean, modern and well thoughout. Great location, very central. Amazing views of acropolis from bedroom and hot tub. We had a minor issue with toilet flushing. Literally sorted immediately. Would not hesitate to recommend or return.

This is a 10/10 stay. The location is in a super hip part of town, plenty of bars, restaurants, and coffee shops around. The building itself is all rental units, recently remodeled, and clearly well thought out. Storage lockers are available when checking in / out early. Everything is handled via door codes. We had cleaners every other day. The property is well maintained, with really good sound insulation. The other thing - the staff is great. Excellent communication throughout, friendly, and they really care about fixing any issues that come up.

The internet was fine for occasional emails, web browsing, or Netflix, but it's not great for remote work (it was approx 10 mbit down). Still, you're here to have fun, right? :)

The loft was just as described. It was beautifully decorated and the view from our room, The Greco suite, was fantastic. Even our shower had a beautiful view of the Acropolis. Comfortable beds close to so many coffee shops, restaurants and bars. In fact there is a beautiful bar right outside the front door that is overlooked off the patio that is very busy till late in the night but the double glass windows and doors block out all the noise. Easy walk to the square and many other neighborhoods, we even walked to the Acropolis no problem. Very clear communication with details of all the check-in/out instructions and so much information about the area. They were very quick to respond to questions and so kind and accommodating with anything we needed. We would absolutely stay here again!

This was one of the best apartments I have ever used through booking.com within this price range. The service was exceptional, from the helpful WhatsApp messages prior to arrival through to the daily cleaning and the way in which they assisted throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this as your place to stay during your holiday, the location is perfect and they could not have been more helpful. The roof terrace with panoramic views were great. The beds were super comfortable and the kitchenette worked well for our needs. We used the room for a family with two kids including a baby. Thanks again for all your kind service.

It's a little noisy on the weekend from the nearby clubs but they have done an incredible job with the noise suppression. I would still recommend to bring some ear plugs for Friday and Saturday, the week is totally silent. The WiFi was also quite slow for us, would have been useful to get slightly faster but we managed just fine.

Great location for food, bars and going out. A short walk from most attractions.The loft had lots of room to spread out and was very comfortable like a home away from home for a couple of days. Key free which is amazing. Lorena - from the property- was very communicative via WhatsApp giving recommendations of places to go, happy to answer any questions in a timely manner and let us know about a strike and how it might effect us. There was a lovely terrace overlooking the acropolis. Free washer and dryer with complimentary laundry detergent which was so helpful mid travel.

The loft was in such a great location that it was opposite a bar which could be loud at night, they have done everything possible to help with that, double windows etc which helps alot, I am a lighter sleeper and I used ear plugs and it was fine.

The first thing that stands out about Downtown Athens Lofts was the quality of service that we received. Even before checking in, staff reached out to make offer airport shuttles, to book excursions, and to offer recommendations in the city. When we arrived at the airport, a driver picked us up directly and provided a smooth ride to the apartments. We were able to safely store our luggage in free lockers until our room was available. Even with small children, it was easy to walk to everywhere that we wanted to go. We were even able to do laundry for free-- a big deal when traveling with small kids. While there were lots of great restaurants around, our favorite was to get takeout and sit in the beautiful rooftop terrace overlooking the Parthenon.

The apartment is modernly-furnished, well-equipped with everything you could need, cozy and comfortable, and in the best location in the middle of the hip Psyrri neighborhood. The view from the penthouse is unmatched (sleeping with the view of the Acropolis at night is amazing!), and the jacuzzi on the balcony provides the best relaxation after a long day of sightseeing. The staff is super responsive and very friendly, even though we never had to meet, and the check-in and check-out processes are arranged very smoothly. Would stay at this apartment time and time again! Highly recommended!

My partner and I arrived late Friday evening in Athens and it was way past midnight when we arrived at the property. I must admit, I was in total shock to find out 100+ people in front of the entrance of the property and loud music coming from three different cafes/nightclubs. I instantly regretted the booking as I was entering the property. All of that changed when I entered the room (we had booked Opsis) and realized that the room is completely soundproof and you can barely hear any music from outside. Hats off to whoever made that happen, I could not hear a thing from outside the whole three nights we spent there. The location was perfect, located in the center of the city surrounded by shops, cafes, 3-5 min walk to Monastiraki Square and 10 minutes to Syntagma Square. I loved the accommodation, the comfy bed, the bathroom that had normal plumbing, the hot tub and most importantly THE VIEW. It looked so good during the night, it seemed as if you had the TV on. The most important factor and how I knew that everything would be perfect is when Lorena bombarded me(in a good way) with informational messages prior to our arrival. She was also very much accommodating when we had a question (like turning on the hot tub). Would recommend this place to whoever is in need of a weekend getaway.

Amazing apartment, with awesome view and hot tub to boot. The location is perfect for pretty much all the main sites. It was clean and all the information and help provided by check in staff couldn't be faulted. Would definitely stay here again if in Athens.

My only fault was the air conditioning didn't seem to go below 20c (despite setting it to 16). Coming from the UK it was uncomfortable to sleep in such a warm temperature. Luckily I was there early in the year so could open the door for cooler air. This is of course personal preference but I need a very cool room to sleep comfortably.

Communication with Lorena was very easy and friendly, always making sure that we are comfortable and have everything we need and asking how to make the stay even more comfortable. The view is unbelievable, you can even see the acropolis from the jacuzzi if you open all the curtains! The bed is amazing, probably the best mattress I've ever slept on! The location is superb. Very close to Monastiraki and Thissio metro stations. Lots of cafés and restaurants in all the side streets with a lively atmosphere. But even with the outside atmosphere, you don't hear any of the noise inside. I cannot recommend this accommodation enough and will definitely stay here when I return to Athens!
