Breakfast was each day on the terrace with view of the city & Acropolis . The team @ breakfast nice people we always greeted them on arrival & departure as they do alot to ensure food is filled, drinks etc The team @ reception nice guys on different shift hours to. Only if did rain would have inside downstairs which is awesome another option as we did that the first stay of Athens in early September . This was our last leg of Athens before heading home to Australia n the Tuesday night Location was good I thought be longer on that side as stayed opposite side last year but was good handy to walking distance to restaurants, the Acropolis & Museum, Monastiraki, the Flea Markets . Alot of Restaurants & cafes, shops, bars was good. You think its a long way to the centre of Monastiraki but isn't. Even to Syntagma Square easy walk. Couple times I asked reception but they were good answering and showing me. We really appreciated the gentleman which I should've got his name but did thank him and wasn't on the day we checked out to say goodbye worked the shift I think evening till late morning our room was on the side of the cars bikes going by was a little noisey. On the 2nd night as still had 4 nights to go we asked if there was a chance could swap our room to the side we had originally early September. He contacted the ladies doing the rooms etc also and he said I will help you out. This was great customer service to help us out. I did say if couldn't depending on their guests had and rooms booked etc but helped us out

Just a suggestion for breakfast time maybe in the future they could invest in a coffee machine that does cappuccino, latte, black coffee etc . Only suggesting this as can still keep the pots of black coffee but for the ones that want different type. We had this machine at these accommodations in Meteora, Lefkada, & Kefalonia at the breakfast set up I think more convenient . Otherwise all was good Only wish they had dinner there would have been nice as thats what drew me to the place to from the photo. But since we had lockdowns prior when things re opened things have changed but thats ok

Location is very convenient. The rooms look recently refurbished. Mine was small but very comfortable; especially the bed. I like to find a nice bathroom and at jason inn this was really good and brand new. Additional positive points: - Very high level of cleaning - Staff is friendly and helpful - Very good price/quality ratio. I hope they keep this balance.

The little minor points are: Parking is externally managed. It is quite expensive and do not offer any discount for being guests at the hotel. no conventions Breakfast choice is quite limited Fixing these would surely lead to a 10

I found the location to be very good - it is within a comfortable walking distance from metro stations (blue and green lines) and at the same time to the main attractions and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They offered to use the terrace to check the view of the Acropolis even though it was closed and without service.

As the hotel is located right next to the busy street, the noise can be quite noticeable in the room, even though the window is closed. I usually use earplugs while travelling so it was not an issue for me but it's worth mentioning for sure.

The location is just great, you can easily walk to main tourist attractions (Acropolis, Agora etc.). Also the restaurant area starts within 200m from the hotel. Also, the main shopping street Ermou starts just around the corner (not the 'high end' part of the Ermou, though... In case you arrive by car, don't even bother to try to find a parking slot. The hotel reception will suggest a 24h parking service (15-20€/day), and you should take it. The price is reasonable (comparing to the other end of Ermou). Also, a view to Acropolis by night is just magnificent.

Parking, but the hotel fixes this easily (see the pro's section). The very neighbourhood is not the nicest, but then again, if you want clean streets, you shouldn't come to Athens. We had the rooms by the passing street (Agion Asomaton), and it's quite noisy (the balcony door was not the best in soundproofing).

The location of the hotel is excellent, just a few minutes walk to the Acropolis, and 15 min walk to the Syntagma square. The room and the toilet are superclean, with the beds beeing extra comfortable. There is a iron and ironing board in the room, as well as minibar and a safe. The staff are polite and helpful, so, all in all, good value for money. The hotel doesn't have private parking, but they will direct You to the nearest public garage (just behind the corner) where You can leave Your car for a decent fee of 15 euros per day (the garage is open 24/7 and is safe), which is a common habit in Greece.

The variety of breakfast is not too big, but I suppose for short stay of 2 - 3 days is completely sufficient. Also, the rooftop is not available in the winter period.

The location was just brilliant, quick walk across to the main little street if incredible restaurants and views of acropolis. Close to the metro. Really awesome location, couldn’t have been more perfect.

Initially we were a bit disappointed that the rooftop restaurant was not open for lunch or dinner or provide any room service, but when we found that street with the restaurants we understood why and it was perfectly okay. It would have been helpful if they could have provided a take away breakfast as we unfortunately had to leave so early for the tours and the ferry in the mornings that we never got to enjoy the rooftop breakfast which looked amazing.

The location and view from the rooftop is unbeatable. Our room was very clean, beds were comfortable, shower had great water pressure and plenty of hot water. Luggage storage available, lobby to relax and wait for your flight. Staff put out pitchers of cold water for guests. The area is very touristy, but still some excellent restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Nice coffee shops close by as well.

Not much, I guess the breakfast options could have been a little bit more extensive. But otherwise, we were very happy with out stay.

- The front desk staff were always on duty and were friendly and knowledgable. - Our room had a close view of the Acropolis—all lit up at night! Gorgeous bonus. - We enjoyed the rooftop breakfast area. - Good food and lots of choices. - It’s close to the Chabad House kosher restaurant.

- The write-up said their food was kosher, but they served what looked like bacon! There were enough cold food items available, but the apparent presence of bacon meant that we couldn’t eat any of the cooked items.

First time in Greece and while others travellers (on a tour we took inland) complained endlessly of their hotels in Athens, we were able to express complete satisfaction with the Jason Inn. No, it's not the Hilton: the rooms are basic, the appointments nothing fancy, and (from our windows at least) there was no view. But the locations is great, the buffet breakfast is good (with an exceptional rooftop view), the rooms clean and the staff helpful. Most importantly, it represents great value for money. Would certainly stay there again.

We wanted to change the room because the first one overlooked the street and was quite noisy during the night and the staff was very helpful and fast in giving us a new room that was way more quiet. Room equipment and furniture was very good except for the pillows which were too hard for our taste. The breakfast at the roof terrace was very nice, one has a really good view over the city and the main sights. The location is very good for people who like to explore the city on foot and also very close to important metro stations.

Because the hotel is located in an area with a lot of bars and restaurants and next to a very busy street, it gets quite noisy towards the evening and also during the night. The windows don't cancel out the noise very well, so for people not used to city sounds, especially the rooms overlooking the street will easily be too loud for good sleeping quality.
