The amazing location . Quiet while in the heart of plaka. Very nice room with view on the acropolis ( 404) Very friendly and helpful team .

The breakfast room . Even if the breakfast was included , we didn’t take any as it is in a blind room with no windows and very dull atmosphere . We rather take one in the amazing surroundings cafes .

this was my first time in Athens & I couldn’t have picked a better hotel to stay at. Each reception clerk was helpful, friendly and did their best to assist in any questions, suggestions or recommendations. The room was stunning, with a view to the Acropolis. The location is amazing, right in the middle and walking distance to many spectacular locations. It’s close to bars, restaurants and it made my trip thoroughly enjoyable and memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel and will always use it in the future

Booked the queen suite for my 10 year anniversary with my partner and was blown away with the hotel, staff and location. We had a bottle of wine and platter of fresh fruit on arrival which was delicious. The hotel and reception was fast, fantastic and modern style all round. The room was amazing, comfortable, huge, clean, kitted out and the smart features made it incredible user friendly and fun! The hot tub bath, large shower and huge balcony were amazing features of the room providing real luxury. The location of the hotel was incredibly central but tucked just far away off the main street to provide a quiet setting. The staff were incredibly useful, attentive providing support advice and an overall amazing atmosphere. We got the breakfast included and just wow! Amazing food, variety and locally sourced goods. Everything was of great quality from the food down to the cast iron teapots the hot drinks were served in making for a great and quality experience. This hotel was an overall fantastic place to stay and having travelled nearly all of the European capitals staying in plenty of hotels I can confidently say it was one of the best base locations to see a city I have ever experienced at a completely reasonable rate. Id recommend this to everyone coming to Athens!

Nothing - everything was perfect. The only thing we didn't like is that we didn't have long enough to figure out the smart toilet :) !

the staff were so helpful and accommodating and enthusiastic the facility was very modern and new the room was clean and spacious I had the suite with view of Acropolis from a large terrace balcony, and it was a momentous, lovely view

the Resturant had no windows and it felt more like a cafeteria. perhaps bc it was new. the cocktails and food were exceptional. mainly the decor was perhaps unfinished. however there are so many restaurants around the hotel it didn’t matter to me. room service was served promptly and accurately to our suite : )

The hotel is in a great location, for most of our trip and major attractions in Athens we didn't even need transport! The area around the hotel is very live, food, culture and shopping, walking distance to Acropolis, main squares etc .. The hotel staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and smiling! Breakfast was nice, lots of options and very cheerful staff. The Smart Gadgets in the room were fun to use,

The room was a bit small (the hotel was almost fully booked as we booked otherwise we would have totally upgraded) The smart gadgets were a bit over "smart" would have appreciated an electric plug next to the bed instead of just a USB port, smart bathroom wasn't also functioning well :)

Everything. The hotel was beautiful. The architecture was minimalist modern and lighting was fantastic. The staff were incrediable and more than accommodating qnd very passionate about making our stay worth while.

We had no view, only old buildings and we had to keep the blinds half closed all day. The breakfast was good, but no fresh fruit salad. Due to winter I do understand. Very limited selection of cereal.

This hotel is generally excellent with extremely helpful staff, a great location and clean, contemporary rooms and facilities, with comfortable beds and a fantastic shower! I would not hesitate to stay again.

It took a moment to work out the app and controls but all worked well once you get the hang of it. My room had some passing noise due to location near the stairwell and an adjoining door, but not enough to affect my sleep. The room was light at night due to light bleed from the street, so I could have done with an eye mask, but again that wasn't too problematic.

It is definitely the best hotel. it’s so new and made by high quality, I was so delighted! I liked smart system so much, it’s so easy to control light (loved choice of modes), blinds, conditioning by app. Wi-Fi was perfect. TV is so huge and you have plenty of channels. you have in the room nespresso coffee machine as well. bed is super comfortable, bathroom has new and progressive equipment. every person of staff was so friendly, kind and ready to help. breakfast was the best. if you don’t see something in the buffet you can ask to make it and they are eager to any asks. location is in 2 minutes from Monastiraki. but in contrast of any other hotels on square here you have very quiet and calm street. I’m totally in love and will return only in this hotel in Athens!

once we heard loud music in our room from other room, floor or breakfast zone, but it didn’t bother us because it was only in the afternoon

Hotel positioned in the heart of Athens close to restaurants and bars. Wonderfully colored entrance with a very kind staff. Nice and clean rooms. Enormous shower. Wonderful drivers service.

Due to the limited space a typical hall is missing in case it’s needed to work. Breakfast is rich but missing some sweets and could be implemented. Rooms a bit cold due to the smart environment not always working perfectly.
