We had an incredible stay and everything was perfect. The entire personnel was extremely friendly and helpful and satisfied all our requests. The Wellness areas includes massage, sauna and pool. There was a lovely atmosphere and great privacy. The hotel is modern and all details are thought. It is in the perfect city location, with great restaurants and bars just around the corner. The room was very clean with spacious bathroom and a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was lovely with large varieties of qualitative products, served with glass of prosecco. We felt in paradise living a dream.

The most helpful staff - we stayed for 9 days so had a lot of interaction with them - great recommendations for restaurants & attractions. Very comfortable beds & best showers.

The music in NYX restaurant- the most incredible view of the Acropolis here - yet the disturbing loud noise takes away from it.

Excellent hotel, room, bathroom and staff. they allowed us late check out until 3pm. Excellent location, taxi can stop at the doorsteps of the hotel. Highly recommended and surely want to return to the same hotel when we go back to Athens. We've tried other nearby 5-star hotels before, but this one is by far the best out of the ones we've tried.

Great location as it is very close to the most of Athens's attractions as well as to St. George hill restaurants and bars at night. I would definitely stay here again. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower pressure is perfect. And the food and the view at the rooftop restaurant NYX was amazing, highly recommend, especially their ceviche.

My partner complaint about the gym facilities, but then it is a hotel gym, and we are in Europe. I got all of my exercise from walking around the city.

The breakfast was fine, the staff in general were extremely helpful and friendly. For our purposes, the location of the hotel was perfect with all our destinations being within walking distance. Finally we were very impressed with the quality of the food in the Japanese restaurant which was only outdone by the view of the Acropolis.m

Ideally it would better if a book of the hotel’s amenities were provided.

Very nice hotel, nice location. Clean rooms and surroundings. Spacious room - great for my daily yoga practice. Very friendly and helpful stuff. Great drinks and sushi in amazing rooftop bar with amazing view.

Open bar breakfast didn't have many options unless you choose something from card menu.

Staff was excellent, very kind and knowledgeable. The staff at breakfast went out of their way to help and breakfast was excellent! Arrangements for Covid were well thought out, both convenient and safe. Konstantinos is a superb manager and his team is fantastic. Hotel is comfortable, elegant, and quiet, although a bit out of the way for walking.

Unfortunately, the rooftop restaurant, now serving only sushi, is open only after 6 pm for patrons. It has a nice view of the Parthenon that hotel guests can only enjoy after 6 pm (and they do make sure you do not get access until then). It is a missed opportunity! Breakfast on the rooftop would be a big plus. Views of nearby buildings are pretty dull. A Bonvoy misstep: they did not include our member number because we booked on Booking (for the convenience of having all our reservations in one place); this is very poor customer service on Marriott's part.

I absolutely loved my stay here. The taxi service from the hotel was so convenient and I’m glad it was offered, the welcome drink was delicious, the room was clean and spacious and I loved the aesthetic of it. And most importantly the staff were all very kind and helpful! I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect breakfast perfect location and perfect rooms. There is a nice japannis restaurant on the hotel roof with a view to the akropolis

The parking near the hotel have better prices than the parking that the hotel works with. Left from the entrance after the bank.

The room is great, the bathroom is fantastic (with bathtub) and the rooftop bar/restaurant is excellent. The staff were really wonderful. I have stayed twice and will return.

The location is fantastic but there was a lot of construction around. The soundproofing of the windows could have been better. The room service menu could be improved with some more casual options.
