Great modern property with clean facilities and convenient location near the metro station. The host is very easy to contact and we had no issues checking in or out. We even arrived early and were able to check in early!

I have no complaints about the property. Many of the reviews complained of a bad/unsafe area or inconvenient location but I have to disagree. The area is a bit outside of the city center, and therefore is it not as pretty as other areas of Athens but i never felt unsafe. It is a short walk to the metro station that takes you directly into the center of the city by all the attractions. There is even a great tavern right up the street with friendly staff and great food! I would happily stay here again if I ever come back to Athens!

We loved how clean and modern our room was! We could genuinely relax here after a day of sightseeing. There were great facilities in the room too - a water filter, coffee machine and air conditioning in our lounge and bedroom. Will be recommending this to all of our friends and family that stop in Athens!

We booked without looking into the area, other than how central it was. There were some areas that we felt unsafe walking by (drug use etc.), however were never approached by these people. The room was so great that we could overlook this!

The apartment was very modern and comfortable. The coffee machine and pods were a very welcome surprise. The owner is very supportive and kind. The premises is just a few minutes walking from a subway station and, from there, 15 minutes by train to the main spots in the city.

The region around might be a bit scary at first sight, and to get to the apartment you have to walk over a train line, which might be dangerous. However, those points were not a problem to us, but I think it is worthy to mention.

Everything about our stay was great here, the interior was great and exactly like the pictures, nice balcony and great heating and hot water for the chilly weather. Best thing was the staff were so prompt with their replies and answered all my questions. Very clean and helped with airport transfer as well, thank you so much!

Only minor downsides was we didn’t feel very safe in the neighbourhood as two girls and climbing 3 flights of stairs with 20kg luggages was tough but thats about it

Place was easy to commute to and had most of the basic things needed for a short stay in Athens. Big thanks to Sergei for being extremely responsive. He always responded so quickly whenever I needed something or had a question. He also accomodated my request for a 30-min checkout extension. I would stay here again.

Cleaning wasn't very thorough from when I checked in after the previous guest left. I'm sure Sergei will sort this out as he is very proactive in addressing guests' concerns.

Very modern, very clean, self check-in was the easiest, location was super as it is 5 minutes from the metro. Terrasse was really large and pleasant. Bed was really comfortable and the room was nice and dark.

I guess the flats can be rented together to offer a bigger flat with many bedrooms, therefore, there is a communicating simple door in the bedroom. The neighbours were very loud as they were going out and very loud coming back in as well. Could hear the chats like if they were in our room… It is such a shame because the accommodation aside from that is perfect. I would recommend adding a bigger bin as there is a fridge and possibility to eat, as well as checking the cutlery quantities(only one spoon for a double room) but this is very easily fixable and is a tiny comment :) Also even following the given instructions, the water did get hit the first day but not the second.. wasn’t the best to shower with cold water.

very beautiful apartments that are located 2 minutes walk from attiki metro (red line) and 10 minute walk from sepolia metro station. both metro lines lead you downtown athens and to many other areas. there are a lot of great bakeries (butterfly croissantery) and restaurants and taverns nearby as well as supermarkets. we stayed in room B3 and C2. B3 had a very large balcony. we took advantage of it by bringing food from the restaurant (ariston souvlaki) to eat there and sit outside quietly. we enjoyed it. a little note: it does not have a view of the city but rather a view of the neighboring building. if you do take advantage of the balcony, remember to keep the sound low at night because the neighbours will hear you. also, all the AC units are located on that balcony and they exude heat. it did not bother us at all. room C2 had a small little balcony that was shared with another room and it overlooked the street. the rooms are modern and well thought. overall, great value for your money and 30 minutes away by metro from touristic attractions such as the acropolis, syntagma square and ermou street. it is a 5 minute drive to the central bus station (ktel) for long distance busses that take you through Greece. internet works very well. note: to those who cannot walk up flights of stairs, there is no elevator. the cleaning crew and management were very kind and accommodating.

Great response time from owner and anything we asked for we got! Fast wifi (even though it went out the owner got it fixed quickly) great location, not far from local subway. Easy to navigate.

Could be slightly cleaner, (deep cleaning walls, nooks and crannies) but otherwise great.

Modern, clean and quite. Easy check-in and out process. Please note that is an apartment so there isn’t anyone in the building to make up your room. The host was responsive and friendly. we really enjoyed our stay in Athens

To have hot water, you need to turn on a breaker 20 min. before taking a shower (not a big deal but I had to take many cold showers because I would forget to turn on the breaker).

The rooms are very nicely designed and the price was very much worth it. Sergey was incredible and super helpful and attentive We had everything necesarry for a long or shorter stay. Thank you very much:)

The bed covers had some yellow stains on them witch was unfortunate And the code on the lock kept changing but other than that Its great
