Elia Bettolo is clean and tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Old Town. This part of Chania is very walkable. We arrived early and our room was ready! The room overlooked a side street with shops, the bathroom was spacious and clean, beds were comfortable and overall we had a quiet and enjoyable stay. The breakfast was simple but tasty. It was good enough for 2 days but if you like variety I’d recommend going somewhere close by, as there are several options to choose from. The team arranged airport transfers and gave clear directions on how to get to the bus stop. Everyone was sweet and professional.

Everything from check in to check out was very smooth. The location of the hotel is central, staff super friendly and helpful, breakfast had great selection. Also the room was comfortable with big balcony and modern bathroom. The hotel is quite small but they were able to offer things such as booking transportation, late check out, gluten free bread etc upon request.

We have travelled a lot and stayed in many different kinds of hotels and I have to say honestly this hotel is very unique as I cannot really think of anything I did not like. One thing we would have found useful is instructions of how to use the safety box.

Location is perfect to enjoy the evening in the old town of Chania. Hotel is super clean and super comfortable. Staff was extremely helpful and very well prepared in all areas, be it breakfast, reception, etc. You can really enjoy your holiday with nothing to worry about. Thanks

One thing: the light in the corridor at night should be turned off or operated with a sensor because it can be seen from under the door of my room and its quite bright. I had to put bath robe on the floor to block the light.

great location, big room, big bathrooms, great breakfast

from the outside it doesn’t look great but it’s actually really modern inside. also note that it’s on a pedestrian street so you’ll have to walk with your suitcase through cobblestone streets to get to it. but this is expected due to the location

Location is the hearth of town and shops, Breakfast was one of the best, ingredients was very natural compared to other hotels, and chef made daily some pastries which we cant see in other hotels, and breakfast quality can cover room price, and they were very friendly kind staff, room was extemly clean and daily cleaned and balcony with wooden doors was plus to cut out city noise at night

Everything was perfect, if I come back again, I will choose one the the Elia hotels in this city

Breakfast was good, but they can vary a little the food. We stayed 4 days and it was almost the same everyday. Location : we rented a car and we parked near to the hotel . (approx 1Euro per hour, after 9 pm its free, till 7 am) Room: Very clean and comfortable Kudos to the receptionist who was very nice and helped us a lot with the information regarding restaurants, places to visit, parkings, money exchange , etc.

The location was perfect. Only a few minutes walk to the port area. The room was comfortable and very clean. Very well lit with good air-conditioning, which is managed within the room not centrally controlled. The balcony gave magnificent views of the city all the way to the sea on one side and mountains on the other side. The breakfast was very varied including even some local delicacies. Strongly recommended.

We loved our stay! The location of the hotel is perfect, right in the historical center but it's not noisy at night. Maybe 20 min to the Nea Chora beach. We were on the top floor (5th), the views are amazing. The rooms are spacious, beds comfortable, breakfast delicious. We also booked an excursion to the Elafonissi beach with a traditional lunch organized by the hotel, highly recommend (however the beach was a bit overcrowded, all umbrellas were already taken when we arrived, but the beach is beautiful). The lovely lady who organizes the trips is the sweetest person, she really tries that everyone enjoys the whole day.
