Breakfast and service were great, but it feit like a complete package all together!

There was no ventilator or something like it in the bathroom, so smell and moist takes a while to disappear

The hotel is lovely. Everything is designed like "in old good times" and I love it. The bed was really large and comfortable, everything was spotless. The jakililuzzi on the roof was cool. Not only can you leave your luggage after checkout, but also use shower and towels in the basement. The wild beach was in 5 min walk and the Old City in 20. People saying there was not enough food for breakfast- just wondering what do you usually eat at home? Omelets, boiled eggs, cereals, fried bacon and sausages, Greek yogurt, honey, nuts, dried and fresh fruits, wegetables (fresh and fried), croissants, buns, bread of different kinds, spreads....

Not like it is a minus, but it would be better to have a hair conditioner, not only shampoo.

Breakfast was incredible with both Greek and Continental standards like yoghurt and honey, cheeses, nuts, dolmas, roast aubergine, cereal, omelettes, fresh fruit and best of all, an automatic espresso machine. We took the elevator to eat on the fourth floor rooftop with a view to the sea every morning. There is a secret basement gym with some free weights. Everything is pristine. The rooms are clean, sheets are impeccable, and bathroom comes with an assortment of gels, shampoos and potions. Balcony on economy rooms and windows onto the garden in premium room (we extended our stay). A beautiful, stately, hotel. We walked to the city center in about 10 minutes. I look forward to staying here should I need to be in the heart of Chania again.

The hotel is exceptional. The staff could not be better, from management to reception to cleaning staff. It is cleaner than any hotel i have experienced. The breakfast is lovely and generous. It is an aristocratic building, an old embassy with high ceilings, just lovely with a lovely front garden to sit and watch the sea. And Car park. The location is a nice walk from the town centre, 15 minutes.

Wonderful experience from start to finish, and after. Let me elaborate. Very welcoming staff, will provide you with your room promptly. In our case, we were upgraded to one of the rooms facing the sea, located in the traditional part of the hotel which was nicely remodeled, preserving the charm and old characteristics of the cretan old house. Furthermore, they provided information on major attractions, how to go around throughout the city, even when they noticed some rain outside, they provided us with an umbrella. Garage is secured with card access. Elevators running smooth. Overall, there was always someone ready to help during our stay. Last day, we were checking out early because of an early flight, and they made an extraordinary and special guest service and opened earlier the breakfast for us. Once at home I realized I left some personal belongings in the hotel and they were great in coming into contact with me and sending my belongings back to me through courier service. Overall a great experience with this hotel.

the location is nice with a lot of available secured parking spots. the vibe of the hotel is interesting. all the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

limited breakfast options. a lady with the short curly hair who was there during breakfast (waitress ) was very rude. I asked her if i can get a tray so i can take my breakfast outside to the garden(which is a lovely option that is provided by the hotel) and she yelled at me saying it’s below the buffet😅 ok sorry it’s my first time here no need to yell! the shower has no frame so the water is everywhere in the bathroom🤦🏻‍♀️

Very friendly staff, every single person we interacted with was very nice. Clean rooms, had everything we needed. Great parking space.

Breakfast variety and quality was a big disappointment, we ended up having breakfast elsewhere. Bad sound proof, we were woken up every morning because of the noise from the corridor. Fridge in the room was too loud, we had to unplug it.

The staff team were very friendly throughout our stay. Our room was comfortable and clean. It was at a good location - while it’s 15 to 20min walk to the city center, it has a nice view of the sea and the city which makes the walk enjoyable. It’s also close to a nice fish tarvena Thalassino Ageri.

Our room came with a buffet breakfast. The juices, yogurt and fruits were great but the food could be better - we had cocktail sausages, fish fingers, spaghetti and a few mini Greek pastries. There are plenty of good bakeries around to get your alternative breakfast and coffee fix

Nice historical building, with rooms of the same aesthetic. Staff was very helpful with recommendations for restaurants and arranging a boat trip to Balos beach. The location was very convenient as it was quiet and only 25 min walk from Chania city center, which usually had traffic jams at night, so no need for a car to go there if you are willing to walk.

didn’t see a way to lock the door. noise from the hall easily heard in the room. room’s AC would automatically turn off while still in the room. got cold and had to get up to turn it back on.
