The hotel room had a wonderful, rustic, country vibe with beautiful flower bedsheets. It was in a great location with easy access. The staff was so wonderful and helpfull. We will 100% be recommending this hotel!
The only problem we had was the noise from the street below. It was difficult to fall asleep due to the loud people sitting at the restaurant outside, and then in the morning the restaurant owners getting to work.

Hotel personal was really nice and helpful, they managed a taxi from airport for me, showed me my room and watched my luggage when I spend a day in the city after checkout. The breakfast on a terrase was one of the best I have ever had in hotel.
The only small disadvantage was louder music from a street during a night.

Staff, location, and facilities provided were all excellent. The bed was also incredibly comfortable . Would recommend staying here if looking for a short break in Chania.
The room was a little tired and needed some redecorating/ general maintenance. The balcony was a nice touch but there were no chairs, so it couldn't really be used.

The location was excellent, in the heart of old town -- very closed to the shops and restaurants. Our room was in the back of the building so it was quiet. The room was very comfortable and clean. Staff was very friendly.

The noise from the restaurant/bar next door. It was ok, until I had to get up early for day trips and the airport. The noise doesn't stop until approximately 2am.

Great location, just in the old town, very close to the harbor. Super friendly and helpful Staff. I've texted hotel that I'm arriving early and the room was ready when I came which was great. Breakfast was delicious and room had everything I needed. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Chania :)

Location was perfect for a short stay. Lovely spacious room with coffee machine.

Location is very good, 10 minutes on foot to free car parking and 8 minutes on foot to bus station. Room was clean, big and comfortable. There is a coctail bar at the ground floor but it wasn't too noisy in the evening (at least in September).
