Fantastic and memorable. My wife and I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Taj Wellington Mews, Chennai, and we can confidently say that it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. This hotel truly exceeded all our expectations, making our trip truly remarkable. First and foremost, cleanliness is paramount when it comes to choosing accommodation. The room was immaculate, and every detail was taken care of with the utmost precision. The attention to cleanliness made us feel comfortable and at ease throughout our stay. The room service was not only prompt but also exceptionally helpful. Whether it was an extra bottle of water or a drying rack, they were always at my beck and call, ensuring that our needs were met promptly and with a smile. Their dedication to guest satisfaction was truly commendable. One of the standout features of this hotel was the gym and fitness facilities. The gym trainer on staff Prem was not only knowledgeable but also incredibly motivating. He tailored a workout plan to suit my needs, and his guidance helped me maintain my fitness routine during my stay. It's rare to find such a dedicated fitness professional at a hotel, and it greatly enhanced my experience. But what truly set the Taj Wellington Mews apart was the exceptional level of service provided by the staff. One particular staff member Abin, went above and beyond to prepare a comprehensive list of attraction sights in Mahabalipuram. His knowledge and enthusiasm made exploring the city a breeze, and I discovered hidden gems I would have otherwise missed.

Room were clean and spacious. Best for this price

I did reviewed for my other night stay, but i will comment further here. 1. No outside food allowed is an absurd policy. 2. Whats the use of kitchen if we have to pay for the basic utensils usage ? 3. Promised late checkout (confirmed one day before), but on the checkout day, they denied and asked to checkout on time. I understand the reason as the hotel was supposed to be filled on that day. But a promise to the customer is a promise. And i was asking till 2. as new checkin was around 3. But was asked to leave at 1. Not a big issue but I wanted this to be relayed.

The entire Lady Staff was rally good and very upto the mark. Gayatri from House Keeping was very pleasant and helpful... The front office, the valet, the in house security, Jagadish frm the Health Club were realy top notch. Taj has always lived upto its name. Got to stay here thanks to the sudden price drop on the day of check in other wise we were NOT supposed to stay at the TAJ WM. Didnt use the restaurant allthough my family and I were here in Feb last for my bday. Overall will def come again when the room rates r competitive.

My Wife and I travel amlot and we hve stayed at a lot of Apartment Hotels and this was the FIRST TIME where we were told that we would be CHARGED for usin the ROOM CUTLERY (very absurd rule). Thank fully the coffee machine, microwave, dish washer nd washing machine was not charged EXTRA.

The Housekeeping staff were really good. Mr.Atal took good care of us. The Exec chef Ms.Bharti Choudhary was very friendly nd took care. Overall this is our second stay here. Always love cmng to the TWM....

Well what we don't like is so far nothing. The Taj Brand is in gud hands. Keep cmng up wit gud discount sale like this on long weekends... Tht would be awesome. A Suggestion to the Sales & Marketing Team

Fabulous hotel, spacious and very comfortable room, every comfort you could want, beds were amazingly comfortable. Great facilities, incredible staff. We lived it. Location was the only draw back being a bit far away from attractions, but with taxi or auto you can get anywhere you need to go. Highly recommended place to stay.

Exception staff, Grand Welcome by Shruti and the General Manager, My Children were very happy with the warmth Property is amazing, real 5 star facilities, Gym and Swimming pool were top class. Rooms also had all equipment like Kitchen , Washing machine, Refrigerator Chitra and Ankita made our departure very comfortable. Our car pick was delayed and they were willing to help us.

Everything was excellent

very clean and comfortable stay and me and my friends enjoyed the pool and recreation facilities

There was a slight delay during check in due to the hotel being overbooked, but the hotel staff were very helpful and offered to upgrade our rooms due to the inconvenience caused, I would like to commend the staff on the quick resolution to the issue.

Meeting chef bharti Singh was amazing. The hospitality in the restaurant eating area was very nice . Rooms were nice comfortable and very well equipped for a good stay.

When I was looking for one more day of extension the rate became 11000 , when i booked it was 7000. Just for a day extension it did not feel right

The staff was extremely caring and accommodating. They were mindful of the comfort of incoming and outgoing guests. Especially Shruti was at the helm of affairs and ensured seamless check in and check out. Also, Shanaya the floor manager ensured cleanliness and issues of room and amenities management well
