Riccardo is a legend - he is really helpful, accommodating and goes out of his way to make sure your stay is perfect. The breakfast was great and the location is wonderful to explore Florence

We only stayed for two days!

The hotel is located in a quieter area, which was nice. Most of the main sights were reachable by foot, 15min walk. We arrived a bit earlier and didn’t expect, that the room was already, but it was, that was quite a nice surprise. The lady at the reception was very nice and gave us tips for the area. We traveled by car, which was no problem, because there was an public garage in the house of the hotel. Breakfast was great, we had everything we needed.

The walls were a bit thin, although our room was in the last corner of the hotel.

If you are searching for something cozy and home like staying so it’s definitely Alfieri 9. Stayed there for a week, and it was just amazing . Small hotel,7-8 room total . And because its not a big hotel, staff manage everything just perfect : •Breakfast served by an amazing Francheska( ❤️) . Various types of food( cereals, croissants, sandwiches, omlette, fresh fruits etc)gluten free options👍 • Cleaning everyday •Helping with any kind of a request, showing you directions to whatever , drawing maps , calling you a cab Summarized staying there was beyond expectation. Definitely coming back

Location. Was just a bit far from a st. Marie cathedral, where was all kinds of entertainment. 15 min by walk , 7 by taxi

My experience with Alfieri9 excelled well beyond my expectations. When I found it difficult to order a taxi from the area I was to get to the hotel, I reached out to them. Within less than an hour, I received very concise and detailed instructions on taking the bus to the hotel. Once I arrived, I was graciously welcomed and helped with my luggage by Francesca. Francesca helped me with the check in and instructions and showed me my room for the duration of my stay. The area that Alfieri9 is located is so nice, clean, quiet and short way off the beaten path of the town center. I was able to walk a short distance to meet with friends for dinner and touring. I highly recommend Alfieri9 and they will be at the top of my list for my next trip to Florence.

It’s in a very quiet part of a town full of tourists. But close to restaurants, coffee shops and a small supermarket. The owner and his staff are very friendly. Very charming B&B (or should I call it boutique hotel?). Our room was stylish, large and cozy (the size depends on the room type). The bed is great, everything is spotless clean.

The WiFi signal at our room was very poor. The staff at the hotel across the street (where you get your keys or store your luggage outside the business hours of Alfieri9) is not overly friendly.

loved it. beautiful. clean. feels safe and secure. the breakfast we didn’t buy into it bc we weren’t sure if we would use it as we had some early tours. but we did have it one morning it was really really tasty and fresh. if you are going to be present during breakfast time it is well worth the money.

stairs to the apartment difficult to manage with luggage (my group didn’t travel light) because there is no usable elevated however received assistance by the manager/owner. very accommodating and helpful

The location was fine, every sights within walking distance. Everything was as expected. There is a garage for a car nearby.

It was visible that the best times of the furniture are over. Little renovation would help. Eventhough there was quite enough options for breakfast, it could be a bit monotonous after few days, especially for those who prefer warm and healthy breakfast, e.g. scrambbled eggs and fresh vegetable etc (most of the food was just pastry, proccessed or full of sugar). But you can definitely survive for 1-2 nights.

1. friendly people is the card of this hotel and with their kindly supports, we park our car in a safe and cheap area. 2. not like living in a star-ranged hotel, this apartment let you know what's the living perspective in Florence. Books could be read, fruits and coffes are available in whole day. 3. although some equipment in room seems some old, while its function is still good.

nothing to declare, as everything is near to perfect, which encourage me to visit Florence again and keep a second time to live here.

We received a warm welcome from Ricardo and he made sure we enjoyed our stay at the Hotel. We were looking forward to seeing him every day at breakfast - he is so joyful, positive and extremely friendly. Gave us great advices and tipps. The hotel is also lovely and the whole staff is very friendly and careful. Breakfast is just 10/10 with delicious omelette, fresh croissants, handmade cake, as well as fresh veggies and fruits… And of course a hot cappuccino with some cocoa sprinkled on top. The location is also perfect - just 15 minutes walk from the Duomo. We will definitely come back again!

That we stayed only for 5 nights, we wish we could have stayed longer ;)

The location is within walking distance to the city center and all major sights. We were given a room upgrade, so the room was very spacious. The breakfast was nice and we enjoyed our cappuccinos :)

We were staying in January and it was raining during both days of our stay, and we didn't really like that the wi-fi didn't work in the room, only in the common lobby.
