We loved the style of the hotel and the room (the room was fantastic, the desk, the bed and the old-fashioned bathroom were a great combination between fancy and comfortable). You can tell the designer cares about details. The location was also a highlight as well as the kind staff!

If for you breakfast means a coffee and a Cornetto (or small panino) the breakfast is too expensive. You can find better deals one or two blocks away. The staff was amazing but something you need to know is that this hotel is about a relax experience, a vacation, not a marathon. The personalized attention was AMAZING for us but we did saw some people a little bit anxious due to having to wait a little bit for their turn.

The location was excellent along with an incredible staff. Kiera at the front desk went above and beyond. Luca was fantastic helping with breakfast every morning and was very attentive. loved the fact that we could get our water bottles refilled at all hours. The decor of the hotel was so magnificent. We would definitely stay again. Unbelievable value!

The shower configuration was hard to maneuver since the tub was so narrow. could have used a ramp into the hotel.

Location was great had a night balcony over looking the square. Staff was very helpful and polite. Easy walking to all the mayor sites. Felt very secure in the area and the hotel. Would recommend this hotel . The room was well appointed and had everything you needed. Nice large bathroom with 2 sinks and a laundry line on the shower area so could rinse out items at night and hang to dry since we where on a 1 month trip with just carry on luggage.

The bed was a bit soft . But that was all.

Location was great. Easy to walk to most sights. Many restaurants nearby Good help from staff for bus info. Breakfast provided many good choices, great coffee. We needed a taxi to get to and from the Train station. Taxi stand at train station for easy availability Hotel Loggiatocalled for us when taxi needed. It came in less than 5 minutes.

More light in the room, perhaps a reading lamp on the desk. We also noticed a sound of water running in the radiator all night, even though we turned the heat down as far as possible. We should have ask about it, but. grew used to it after the first few nights.

Beautiful big room. Bed was fantastic. Amazing piazza view. After a brief check-in issue, which was almost devastating for me, the staff went over and above to make our stay wonderful. They even brought up a bottle of champagne. This is a 15th century building brought into the 21st century beautifully!

At €12, the breakfast was good but shouldn't be more than maybe €8. Items needed to be replenished but weren't while we were. I expected a little better from such a fantastic hotel.

Very nice hotel and well located in a beautiful old building in front of a nice Piazza. Staff are nice and friendly. Room is exceptionally comfortable and well sized. Breakfast was nice and typically European.

One of the staff at breakfast was a bit slow and ignoring us while listening to other white American guests. I wouldn't judge the hotel on the basis of that one staff member though. Washroom had the tendency to get flooded

This place is spotless. I mean, they were constantly cleaning common areas and the room itself was wonderfully clean. It's also located at one of my favorite piazzas yet is still quiet inside. Staff was fantastic and the price was great. Highly recommended.

A bigger seating space in the room would have been nice, but for the value I can live with a slightly smaller room and just use the common space to work/write/hang out.

super location (3 minutes walk to Duomo!), super design/atmosphere and architecture!! feels like you're in the Medici time. very nice breakfast in yet another nice room! rooms are nice, some standard rooms are not big - nr 20 for example is less big than room number 22 - but both these rooms are situated at the back of the hotel so you don't have the noise of the big square on the front of the hotel - we could even hear the birds singing in the morning. hotel itself is pretty noisy due to old / wooden doors etc but it's worth the stay!

hard beds/mattresses.. (if you like that, than you're fine! ;)

Lovely hotel and location, perfect for being amongst the city. room was lovely clean and extremely well air conditioned which was a huge bonus given the heat - staff were lovely.

View could have been better and the range of mid-day snacks/drinks could have been a little more extensive, breakfast was nice though fairly limited and the exact same every morning.

-Very soft beds. -Parking could have been communicated better, called the front desk to 30min prior leaving the room to have the car ready , still had to wait for another 45 min after check out... when checking in vehicle was picked up by their staff, when checking out we only received a brief and unprecise info on location where to pick up.
