it was clean, bed very comfortable and fantastic location. I especially loved the old lift in the property — very nostalgic. Also the breakfast room in the sister hotel was light, airy, and had great views across the city roof-scape - again friendly, attentive staff.

it was unfortunate that there were building works taking place in the adjacent building - this meant that, at times, there was some very loud drilling and hammering; which meant that it was hard to relax when popping back to the room during the day. This was not the fault of the property and would not stop us booking again.

The property is gorgeous and right in the center of everything. The breakfast was fantastic and had gorgeous views.

You have to check in at their other location (also where breakfast is), however it’s only two blocks away and an easy walk.

This was a great reasonable priced room. I loved the coffee pod machine on the same floor as my room. It was located central to all the attractions. Only 3 mins to Palazzo Vecchio, Duomo, step outside right into the Piazzale Reppublica. It is an easy 10 min walk across the Ponte Vecchio to excellent bars, ristoranti and the Pitti Palace. Also If you enjoy shopping then it’s ideal for you.

Nothing to dislike. At first, I thought it would be not ideal to walk along the road to the other hotel for check-in and breakfast, but it was only a 3 minute walk and the view from the 7th floor breakfast room was superb.

Amazing location in the heart of the city of florence. Great value for money. Good choice of food for breakfast looking over amazing scenery of florence. 10 minute walk to the local train station to explore italy. Room cleaned every day with fresh towels and bedding. Safe in the room for your personal/ valuable belongings. Staff very helpful with anything you need. Bed very comfortable to sleep in. Tv on the wall if you wanted to have a chilled night in, air con facility in the room for if you are visiting in summer. Facility to make tea and coffee in the room, no milk or storage for milk tho so i suggest you being your own pouches of creamer if you like milk in coffee. Could not fault this bnb at all.

No fridge in the room for bottled water or snacks

Very charming room with a balcony. The B&B was in a prime location. It was a short walk to all the main attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful. I especially appreciate Irene for being so kind and patient with explaining everything about how to get to our B&B (you have to check in to their sister hotel and walk a short distance to the B&B) and the amenities of the hotel. Breakfast was included on the 7th floor with a lovely view of the city. Breakfast was also delicious....a variety of food and drink items to choose from. I particularly enjoyed the fresh croissants and double expressos. My husband loved their Americano coffee and croissants. The breakfast staff provided excellent service. If you check out and still want to explore Florence a little longer, you can leave your luggage in their lobby and come back for them later. There's also a small lounge with a computer and tv on the 3rd floor you can use (restroom is on the 2nd floor). I would definitely stay here again.

Our room was cleaned every day but housekeeping didn't refill our toilet paper or bottled water. Luckily, there's a little overhead storage room in the common area of the B&B where you can get your own supply of toilet paper and water.

I couldn't recommend this place highly enough. We stayed in the Triple room with balcony, absolutely gorgeous views! You can hear bands playing at night, we could see street artists doing beautiful chalk drawings on the ground outside, it was right in the centre near to a lot of lovely restaurants & also near a market, and several lovely churches. It is also a short walk from the duomo, and the bridges overlooking the river. When we arrived for check in, we were personally walked over to the hotel, shown where the coffee machine was by very friendly hotel staff. In the morning, there was breakfast in the main hotel (a short scenic walk away!) which was lovely! Hot food available, and an array of freshly baked pastries and deli items! The breakfast area is the top floor of the main hotel and has absolutely beautiful views overlooking the whole city. They also have housekeeping for you, which was a lovely bonus! I really couldn't recommend this place highly enough, and will definitely be staying here on my next trip to Florence!

Absolutely nothing!

very good location, room very big, lovely view of the square, air con, big and nice bathroom, wooden floor. nespresso coffe machine in the hall.

i didn’t realised (it was written) that check in and breakfast are in an other building, only a few minutes away but a bit of an inconvenience. also breakfast is in a very small room and hot, not much space to move around and go to the buffet. a lot of noise from the square until after midnight

Location was amazing. So close to everything. Just down the road from Florence Cathedral and Ponte Vecchio. Breakfast is very nice and the ladies taking care of it very friendly and the views are amazing too from the 7th floor - so don't miss breakfast ;) Please note - check in/check out and breakfast are at a sister hotel just 4min walk from B&B location. The room was great - very high ceilings - lovely feel - we really enjoyed it - the balcony too. Was amazing to open up the doors and listen to street musicians from Piazza Repubblica.

My only suggestion to the owners - I really missed a mirror in the room. There was only 1 in the bathroom and if your other half is in the bathroom - you can't get ready - like do the hair and make up. Now you have to plug in the hair dryer or straighteners and stretch round the corner to the bathroom to use the mirror. So that's the only comment. Thank you.

Location. Room 1 has the view over the square. It was unreal. The room was.cleqn. Comfortable and modern. Breakfast is served in the hotel located 100metres away. Beautiful view from the roof top terrace where it is served. We stayed with two children and listened to the Hussle and bussle with a pizza watching the square while they went to bed. Once we.closed the windows we heard nothing.

No coffee making facilities that worked..

Location was fantastic. Very comfortable room. Breakfast room on the rooftop terrace overlooking Il Duomo and Palazzo Vecchio was fabulous.

Even though being right in the centre of all major attractions was a big plus, it also turned out to be very noisy, at least in our room, overlooking the plaza. Buskers at night playing music until quite late, and teenage Spaniards singing at 2am, Thursday and Friday night.
