Our triple room was spacious and comfortable for 2 people and the bathroom was modern and spacious. The location is fantastic right in the city centre. Despite not making use of it we liked the small common space with a coffee machine and TV.

The physical door keys made it difficult for the two of us travelling together to separate for a couple of hours and coordinate not locking one another out of the room - a good upgrade would be electronic locks and keys. There is not a full time reception, just someone to check people in for a couple of hours a day - otherwise there is no staff presence (this was fine for us, but something to note if you would require assistance or recommendations suring your stay).

The location was great. The room was big and comfortable, with good amenities. We loved the shared area with the long table and sofas and the coffee machine. It is a walking distance from everything. The staff was very nice, but most of the time, there is no one there. We arrived late and they were very kind to send someone to help us with the suitcases, as there is no lift.

The place is not a hotel but an apartment with rooms. Some of them have bathrooms outside, but ours was ensuite. The most difficult part was the stairs going up, with no lift. When we left, there was no one to see us out or help with the luggage. The other issue for us was how unsustainable the place was. Plastic cups covered in plastic, tons of small disposable toiletries. Every other hotel in Italy we stayed in moved to large dispensers. Be kind to the planet.

The hotel is located in the city center, all sights are within 5-15 minutes walk. The room is clean. The staff is friendly and responsible. The bathroom is separate but only yours and is locked.

The room is small and there is no fridge and kettle.

Location was excellent. Close to the train, tourist attractions, convenience store and restaurants. The bed was really comfortable. Having access to a full kitchen and lounge room was good. It included a coffee machine but no microwave.

Fortunately we were on the first floor, there is no lift. Speaking to another their room was on the 4th floor which meant 96 steps to climb with luggage. Just the 1st floor was tricky with luggage can't imagine more.

Very comfortable beds, air conditioning was great (especially when travelling in July), fabulous common area for when you don’t feel like eating out and it was quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful when we needed to drop off our bags and freshen up when arriving.

There seemed to be a potential ant problem in the bathroom (not enough to be an issue for us, but more than a rogue ant) and the bathroom fan was very loud.

The staff were wonderful and everything that you would want on a vacation. They messaged you the day before and accommodated us if needed. They have a storage space for luggage if needed, which was nice.

The idea of the bathroom being outside our room and had to walk in a public walk way to get to. I had no idea about that but it wasn’t too bad. We were able to manage!

Location was the best! Walking distance from almost everything. Plenty of places to eat and drink. Staff was very responsive.

The bed and breakfast has no breakfast. There are restaurants serving breakfast nearby. If you plan on driving it is not an easy task. The garage recommended was getting full and we had to circle the narrow alleyways avoiding pedestrian traffic. To be expected at this location.

Perfect location as you’re a 5 minute walk from the Duomo and other sites. Great open common area to relax in after long day.

WiFi spotty at times or not working. Fan in bathroom very loud and takes a while to turn off but was only an issue for us at night when others were sleeping. No one was there to give a key back to at the end of our stay.

Location is great. You are right in the center of the city with just 3 -5 min walk to historical sightseeing, restaurants, shops,…No breakfast, but great coffee maker and nice area where you can eat.

You have to be prepared to carry your luggage up the stairs on the first floor ( American second) by yourself.

The location was excellent, close to the places we wanted to visit. The bed was very comfortable. The facilities were good and the property was clean.

The stairs were challenging but you only use the stairs a few times a day.
