Breakfast Lady was courteous and very attentive always willing to help. Location was very convenient and close to main attractions. Main door locked at night with a person on site to open if needed which felt secure.

Breakfast could have had more variety. The bathroom set up can be uncomfortable and the floor is always wet as there is no shower door. Cleaning could be better as there was a lot of dust in the bedroom as well as the bathroom. Bed could be better as it was very hard.

I am used to an american breakfast. There are alot of sweets in the morning buffet. I would love more to see more savory foods. But, that is just me. Maybe the coffee girl could bring the coffee within the first 5 minutes of ordering not 30 minutes later. I think she might have ADHD. No offense. But, my coffee is very important in the AM. But, everything else was perfect. The night shift main attendant is amazing! Funny and loves americans from California and New York. Hope you get to visit with him on your trip to this hotel.

Great location just a short walk from the train station. The room was small but perfect and comfortable for one person - and I loved the original and bright design! Breakfast was good too with excellent coffee. The staff was friendly and helpful as well. All in all, great value for money!

My room was almost right next to the elevator - so it could get noisy at times as the walls are very thin.

I had come to Florence to help settle my daughter into university and I had also travelled to other parts of Italy for my mother in laws funeral, i was sad and emotional and the staff at this hotel especially Willy at reception really helped me to heal and feel excited of being in a new city. Amazing service and a massive thank you to Willy, you really helped me and it was an honor to meet you :-) Special person

The only thing I would say was just location wise, but that was only because it was a little further away from my daughter , but otherwise the price point is amazing and the hotel itself with the court yard outside is so lovely and relaxing. Great place.

Everything about this hotel was lovely. It is family owned and Tommaso and Cosimo were lovely and the woman overseeing breakfast was very attentive. The hotel is immaculate and well decorated. The breakfast was very nice. The bed linens were crisp and the bathroom was large with plenty of towels. The hotel is centrally located within walking distance of most major sites of Florence. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone without hesitation.

Hotel was lovely and perfect for 3 nights in Florence. It was clean, comfortable and quiet. Location was great, close walking distance to station and main attractions and the staff were always very friendly and welcoming.

There wasnt anything we didnt like. Breakfast was nice, although not a big option. Personally it suited us just fine, coffee, fresh fruit and pastry to start our day

Excellent place to stay in Florence. Very convenient location - just outside the main touristy area, with a short walk (about 10 mins) to the city centre, railway station and the tram stop where trams from the airport arrive. Very friendly stuff. Simple, but good breakfast that includes hot food. Pricey, but in Florence it is still a very good value for money.

We stayed at Hotel Boston for 2 nights. the hotel was clean, modern and our room was very comfortable, especially the beds. The staff were a standout for their warm welcome and friendliness. The breakfast was very good, with a pretty outside area,although we couldn’t use this because of rainy weather. Overall a great little hotel close to restaurants and the train station.

The heat was no more available due to the change of season in April and the room temp got cold at night. Wish we could have turn it back on. Also our room had no air circulation and the humidity of the bathroom stayed in the room which made all our cloths and bed linen very damped. Had we had the heat on we wouldn’t have had this issue.
