Loved the location, it’s very close to the main attractions and not in a crowded area. My flight was delayed, so I arrived very late. I had to do a self check-in. Got all instructions and everything was fine. Actually I almost didn’t see any staff, only bumped into them a couple times and for me it was great for me. I think there are only a few rooms, maybe 5 or less, and for me it was great. Very quiet and clean. Wifi was good too.

My room was too small. A bit hard to have two big suitcases, because of that I couldn’t use the patio (one of the suitcases was in front of the patio door). But I think they offer bigger rooms. Also pillows weren’t very comfortable.

Location was great for us as we were arriving an leaving by train. It is very close to the train station and at the same time not far from the historic centre (10-15min). The space was clean (except the glassware) and nice, easy to reach on the parter floor. The lady that welcomed us was also very sweet and allowed us to check in earlier than we were supposed to.

Our room was quite small but I guess fair for the prices in Florence. There was a little bit lack of privacy since the patio is kind of shared with the next room - it is separated with a stand. Other than that all was good and we did like the space.

Big and spacious room. The kichenette was very convenient with a small fridge and utilities. We didn't cook so can't say anything on that front. You can walk everywhere from the hotel. The host responds quickly to questions and the lady in reception was very sweet Breakfast is ok, includes many things but might be a bit pricy

The wifi is very poor, comes and goes all the time and there's no good 4G network in the room so that wasn't great. The pillows are too thin in my opinion.

Lovely rooms situated near the main train station Firenze santa maria novella, Florence Cathedral and the Academy gallery. Quiet neighbourhood yet in the city centre. We decided to try the breakfast and it was the best decision! We also had private outdoor space where we could drink coffee which made the breakfast one special meal for us. Extremely clean and compact. Definitely recommend! ♥️

Location was perfect. Right near train station and near all the sites from walking distance. Good restaurants nearby and very accommodating staff. We even were allowed to store our bags before and after our stay which made the travel so easy. Air conditioning also works well.

One pillow each was probably not enough for us. An extra pillow per person would of made this place perfect for us.

Pretty clean and great location. The breakfast was fine (delicious croissant from a bakery, yoghurt, coffee, toast, butter, jams). The staff is very friendly.

It would be nice to have healthy breakfast options. More fresh products and not only sweets, but this concerns almost all Italian hotels in general. The room could be a bit more spacious.

The room was tiny but very nice with all you need, good bed, fridge in the room. It was possible to order breakfast for 6 Euro per person, breakfast was brought in the room. Great location 5 mins walk from the train station and 15 mins from the centre. Very nice owner

The location was really good. Very convenient to get to from the train station. Everything was at a walking distance. Place was clean, had everything we needed. Nothing to complain about for our short stay. It was really hot when we visited Florence and the best bit about this place was the air con. it was perfect. Had a courtyard. Very compact - good for short stay.

Very good location if you want to stay close to the SMN rail station. Also not too far from the centre (like 10 mins). Nice little room with small patio. Very clean. The staff is super nice. Overall, value for money.

Would have been nice to pay the city tax with a card instead of cash to avoid searching for an ATM

Daniele was very helpful and flexible, the location is very convenient near main train station and tram stop. The street leads directly to central Florence (approx. 20 min walk). The room was very spacious, clean and well decorated, a comfortable big bed, a nice couch and a small furnished kitchen. Highly recommend.
