Hotel Rosary Garden

We are absolutely in love with this cosy little hotel! Every corner, every detail with such a taste and style, it looks absolutely beautiful, like an Englisch cottage-house. The location of the hotel is just perfect: there is a bus-station in 2 Minutes walk so one can get to the city center in 10 minutes. There is a safe closed parking approximately 70 meters from the hotel. In the same building you will find a good Restaurant any the best Ice in Florence (a tip from the local Taxi-driver we talked to) just in front of it there is a big shopping mall with a cosy pasticeria The room is lovely, beautiful decorated and has all you can need during the stay: SmartTV, Bar full of snacks and drinks, hairdryer, etc. Breakfast is delicious and for as for an Italian hotel various.

The Breakfast was the bright part of the stay, that along with a super friendly staff made our stay quite enjoyable.

Not having year around air conditioning was a minus. We were right above the street and there was street noise until 2am. Couldn't open the window due to the noise. The staff did bring us a fan which helped. Getting in to the property without an elevator is a little problematic. We had 2 large suitcases - nothing like a good workout.

Design of the hotel is lovely, rooms are comfortable. we have stayed in classic room and it was ok. their breakfast saloon is so tiny but they are asking your breakfast time and you are not waiting the other guests. location is perfect , you may have a bus to old town (it takes 10 minutes). The bus station is so close to hotel. There is a private garage near to hotel and the price is 15 euros per day. you need to make a reservation before your arrival. thank you for your hospitality

The Hotel was nice and comfortable, it resembles to the English small residence-you are passing the stairs up, turn to the left , where you may find the rooms. On the first floor, you may find also the relax room for guests with the fine porcelain, books and comfortable sofa. Wherever on the walls the paintings of Pre-Raphaelites are adding the beauty. Our room was big, and especially clean including bathroom. My son has an allergy for the dust, however he never had any reaction in the room, notwithstanding there were the carpets on the floor. In front of the hotel there is a nice pizzeria and gelateria ( ice cream),there is also the big mall. The breakfast area is small, and the schedule need to be organized before, as may contain max. 3 families. The menu is not so wide, however is enough to fill the stomach. I would like to come back there again

Beautifully furnished room, albeit very small. Thankfully my friend and I only had to share it for one night as she left the next day, so I had it to myself for one night. Staff is super friendly and helpful. AC works well enough. Breakfast was being served in the rooms while I was there due to Covid; we ordered in advance and chose the time for delivery. There is a great restaurant that serves pizza and pasta right next door, seemed to be very popular with locals. I got take out there on one of the nights of my stay.

Location is a trek from the tourist areas. There is a bus stop nearby, but we never used it. We either walked the 30-40 minutes or took cabs.

Very friendly and responsive staff. I was kindly allowed to check-in 1 hour earlier without any additional fees. The location worked well for me. It was easy to get both to Florence downtown and the wineries area. The bus stop, supermarket, laundry, tobacco shop are next to the hotel. 2 restaurants just downstairs. The room was tidy and cozy.

The excellent service provided by Monica, Matteo and Dino. Monica is very invested in ensuring her guests are well looked after and goes above and beyond. The hotel was quaint and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was yum!

It is a little far out of town, however, don't let that deter you as there is an excellent bus service outside the door. If you are doing tours, one of the local buses stops right outside the pick up point. The hotel will provide full details.

Outside of city center but still very easy to access it via bus from the hotel. Also attached to a great restaurant. Room was comfortable, cleaned well, and mini bar restocked every day. Staff was also very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable about the local area

Walls were very thin and the room next to mine had arguments that I could hear clearly every night…

The rooms were very nice and comfortable. The staff was great and they gave us lots of information. The breakfast was tasty and well done, but there could’ve been more space in the dining area.

Mainly just the location. It’s a bit out of the way and there wasn’t much to do in the immediate area.

It is a familly management, people are very kind and always attentive to the client solicitations. The hotel propose some places in a closed car park near the hotel which is very useful in this area where free places are quite impossible to find. The restaurant at the ground floor of the building propose a very nice Fiorentina beefsteak with nice wines at reasonable price (I recommend the Chianti from Banfi at 24 euros very appropriate with the red meat). The hotel is very clean. You have a big mall with a nice COOP supermarket just in front. Little kettle available in the room.

The limited breakfast in the room due to Covid situation... because the hotel is small... Personnally I didn't appreciate the shower cabin in the bathroom (no bidet and a real shower cabin would have been prefered).
