Hotel Ferrucci

-Clean room & toilet with enough space -Water kettle & free cookies in the room -Luggage can be left at reception -You can buy bus tickets from the front desk (this is convenient on weekends when many tabbacherias are closed, & buying from the bus driver costs €1 more!) -Close to Rose Garden with great views of Florence and a nice park across the bridge

-You need to take buses/walk to get to the main attractions but it's not a problem with us; although it's not close to Florence SMN station (30min bus ride away), it's more conveniently located for Florence Campo Marte station -We stayed in the room close to the front desk and can sometimes hear voices echoing from the hallway

The bed was good, had a nice size for two people. The fact that there was a table with two chairs and a support for one luggage was good too. The location is great, since is not far from city center and the place where it is located is quiet.

The room has a nice size, but some things need improvement, such as: pillows (they had only two pillows and the ones that were in the bed were far from being ok), cleanliness was ok (the shower drain needed to be cleaned) and there were no ar conditioner neither a fan.

We did not eat the breakfasts there but heard that the food is very good. We had a wonderful room that overlooked the river Arno and enjoyed walking along the river. Pleasant neighborhood, helpful and friendly staff. It was an easy walk to get to the major tourist sites across the river; also a great location for many cafes and restaurants close to the hotel that were not crowded. 😀 We had a fresco on our ceiling and felt like royalty!!

There is traffic noise from the street in the morning and day but it was quiet at night so it was not really a problem for us.

The hotel is very conveniently located near Piazza Ferrucci and the river. The rooms are typical European small size, but the bathroom was much bigger than expected. The ceiling was obviously antique and they had to building around it. It had plug ins, good lighting and comfy beds.

Could've had better air circulation, but I'm not expecting much since its Italy.

Very nice and helpful receptionist, comfortable bed, socket close to the bed (without dilemma about having a bed table light or a charged device), small fridge. Good public transport connection to railway station. Complimentary minibar was a nice bonus.

Noises both from indoors (people walking up/down the stairs) and outdoors (traffic) can be heard.

This hotel is about a twenty-minute walk outside the historic section of Florence. As such, it is quieter and much more authentic. For travelers just looking for a quiet, safe location with reasonable pricing, this is a great place. La Piperna Firenze is a great pizza and pasta restaurant across the street with a very friendly owner.

Excellent helpful front desk staff provided great tour and travel tips that really made for a great time in the region. Rooms were fully refreshed every day and comfortable.

It was exactly as advertised, and what we were looking for. no complaints.

Very good location, super close to restaurants and terrace s. The staff was very friendly. We had no breakfast included, but there is a coffee and pastries place at 10 secunds from the hotel. Very good place to eat.

The rooms are not like in the pictures, the furniture and everything else are older.

I like the room. It was extremely clean and pleasant. The service was excellent . Thank you very much. I.ve been in more than 30 hotels in Europe this room and bathroom were the most clean I've ever seen.

The noise of the street

Room was clean, comfortable, fab shower, staff so friendly

Be prepared to walk or get a taxi , but location is good if you up for walking. I would return to stay here
