Hotel Jane

The hotel is in a very calm neighborhood full of restaurants and shops. It is on the border outside ztl area. Tourists can easily drive to the hotel and there are plenty of street parking available. It is located just 15 mins walk from centre attractions. Check-in and check-out were smooth. Staffs were really soft spoken and helpful. The breakfast buffet was excellent, well stocked and delicious: boiled eggs, fresh tomatoes and cucumbers, cheeses, croissants, breads, and meats, as well as juices, coffee and tea. It also has a beautiful bar/lobby area. Hotel offers 15€ per night car parking if you don’t find street parking nearby. The room was cleaned everyday. It was spacious enough for 3 adults and 2 toddlers for reasonable price and super clean. Smart tv really helped us keeping our toddlers calmed. We enjoyed our stay here. Highly recommend this hotel.

Room was quite hot but managed by switching off one of the radiators.

The staff were friendly and exceptionally helpful and pleasant. The bed was comfortable and the airconditioning worked well. The breakfast looked plentiful, but i just had a coffee and a pastry. I was only there one night, but the location was convenient. easy walk to the Duomo and other attractions.

I upgraded to a room with courtyard balcony, but this didnt appear to be what i had. There was a tiny balcony opening onto the street, so it was of no use. Also i was travelling alone and only booked for one person, but was given a room with two additional beds - seemed a waste.

1. The room is very clean 2. The room has very a good size (bigger than I expected) 3. Very easy communication with the staff 4. The hotel is at a good location (nearby the center of the city, about 15-20 min walk to the main tourist sites) 5. The neighboring street is very quite at night 6. The hotel provided help to find and ship our ipad, which we left in the room, after we checked out

1. The air condition was not function properly, it was not as powerful as it should be. (But we believe that the hotel tried their best to help us - We were provided a fan; a technician was called to come the first night.)

The nice pet friendly hotel without additional fee for a pet (in our case dog). There was enough space to park car on the street or use the private car parking.

The breakfast was bad. We came at around 9-30 am on breakfast and there wasn't enough meet, bread, cheese. Seems like they haven't update it later and only fill up one time at the morning. Later on when almost all products finished, one family came on breakfast and complained on it. And they filled up the empty plates. I think if you have time for breakfast, it isn't mean that you serve it one time and then it's based on availability, the all products should be available during the whole breakfast time.

House desk manager was so helpful with parking, directions to the city center, and she gave us a wonderful dinner recommendation. The room was comfortable, spacious. We enjoyed the large continental breakfast, bar, and eclectic decor. We were really pleased with the secure parking garage and felt the €15/day was reasonable. We also loved the neighborhood and location.

The air conditioning can in the room was not working very well, so it was a bit stuffy in the room, especially since it was very warm outside.

Super friendly and helpful staff, the location is nice with bus stops and supermarkets nearby. Highly recommend the breakfast buffet. Bus tickets can be purchased at the front desk which was very convenient.

The heater is not easy to control, it gets either too warm or too cold. There were only a pair of towels and mugs when we arrived even we booked a room for 4, luckily we asked the front desk for extra ones and they were glad to help us.

The staff were so friendly, accommodating and welcoming. It was so nice to be able to pick their brains for info about Florence and the surrounds, and if you’re on a connecting part of your journey through Italy there is laundromats very close by. If you want to stay in a more local part of town but still be close to the action and like walking to see the sights then this is the place for you.

Really nice and clean hotel. All services were brilliant including a breakfast. The staff is really friendly. When we arrived a woman at the reception gave us a map of Florence and showed us where to go, what to see and what to do which was really helpful. After we left we found out we forgot something. We spoke with the hotel directly and they helped us to find it and made sure we got our thing back which was really great from them. I definitely highly recommend to stay at this hotel. Plus the location is perfect. Thank you very much for all your help and services.

Nice bathroom. Two free parking spots in front of the hotel on street. Girls on recepcion were kind. We had small problem with a room and after some discussion we recieved another one. Breakfast was good as well. For one night sleepover it was good.

Bathrooms in both rooms were more-less new, but rest of the room would need some attention or full refurbishment.

The breakfast was nice with both sweet and savoury options. The parking lot was really close to the hotel, less than 5 min walk. Close to the centre with good food options nearby.

Cleanliness could have been more thorough: the floor under the shelves was dusty even though they cleaned the room every day
