Eurostars Florence Boutique

This was such a cozy hotel that was absolutely beautiful. Going on the Terrace at sunrise or sunset is absolutely a must do if you're staying here as you get a gorgeous view of the whole city. The hotel kindly upgraded us too.

Parking was really challenging. The front desk helped a ton by allowing us to temporarily park in the front so that we could take our stuff up to our room but there was never any parking in the lot we had to park about 5-10 minutes away for the duration of our stay. We only stayed one night I believe and we had two separate instances where the key cards did not work and we had to trek all the way back from our room to the lobby to get another key card

The Eurostar's hotel is a well-appointed hotel with modern decor at the edge of the old town close to the Sant'Ambrogio district with its great market and cafes. It is a 15-20 minute walk to the central Florence attractions and a bus is available. The highlight is the fabulous rooftop patio with tables and seats. We frequently went up for drinks and snacks and the view is incredible - 360 degrees of Florence

Unfortunately our in room safe was not functioning properly but the staff helped with an alternative. The lift was not functioning for a day or so due to a public holiday and unavailability of repairs out of the hotels control.

It was a lovely stay. The staff were very welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. The room was very clean and a good size. There was a lot of choice for breakfast. The views from the roof terrace were beautiful. The area was nice, safe for a solo traveler. Some people have commented on the busy road near the hotel, but the streets directly next to the hotel are lovely and quiet, so please don't let this put you off. It's a pleasant area.

The corridors were a bit dark. There was one large table in the breakfast room with other smaller tables around it, but still a bit awkward as there were only one or two small tables for solo people or couples. The staff were cleaning in the early evening, one night at 9pm. But it wasn't too annoying.

Valet parking offer by the hotel hit my car and try to hide it.

We lived the location of the property- away from the busy butler and bustle of the attractions buts still within walking distance. The staff were exceptional and our room was so light and bright and super clean. And the roof top terrace was a treat for a city view.

Bathroom was a little tired and would like room service. But saying that we would still that there again

The location was great, very close to historic sites ( 5 mins from Santa Croce/Duomo 15mins) and river. Staff were friendly and keen to help. Room was lovely, clean, comfortable and well air conditioned Roof terrace is beautiful particularly in the evening. We abandoned the crowds at Piazzale Michelangelo and watched the sunset over the Duomo with a glass of wine. Lovely

Nothing really enjoyed it. I would recommend.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast, air conditioning, size of room, cleanliness, decor and location for accessing the city. Parking outside was also convenient.

Sound proofing could have been better for the room doors, fresh fruit juice would be appreciated rather than concentrate (ruined an otherwise good breakfast) and cleaners seemed to leave a lot of things in the corridors when cleaning the rooms which felt careless and annoying to have to step around.

We received a very nice welcome and a huge smile from Michael when we arrived. After a quick tour he gave us the room keyes so we could fresh up a bit. He called a taxi for us as we were getting late for dinner. During our stay all the staff members helped us with either cold drinks, restaurant recommendations etc. Great service, nice atmosphere, friendly staff and clean hotel. Can highly recommend for those who understand that an old building/city sometimes has technical or maintenance issues.

The sweet side of the breakfast table was a bit dry.

This hotel absolutely blew us away. The location is incredible you can walk to virtually all the sites of Florence. Beautiful rooms and we loved the terrace great sunset spot for some drinks. The staff were incredible. From the cleaners who did a great job everyday to the reception where we were always greater with a smile. The reception staff were very helpful for all our questions. I would choose this hotel for sure in the future !!

I thought the location was great not too close and not too far from the main areas in Florence. The staff was always helpful and did the little things that made the stay great. The junior suite I stayed in had a beautiful balcony and great views.

I had the junior suite and the only things that were different for me revolved around the bathtub. One it being in the main part of the space I think a retractable curtain on would be nice and offer a little more privacy. Also I would of liked the glass on the side you step into to have been about 30 cm longer would work better. As much as I tried I couldn't stop the water from going onto the floor.
