It would be difficult to find a better place for the cost. Absolutely perfect location with a balcony just outside the Duomo. The room was large and clean and the host was very welcoming. Breakfast was nothing fancy but perfectly fine for a little snack before heading out for the day. The location made it super easy to stop back into the room as you’re seemingly never too far away.

Our room faced the street with the balcony so there was definitely some street noise and occasionally loud groups of younger kids hanging out below late at night. But, this would never keep us from booking the place again.

We had a really large room towards the back of the house. Quiet during the night, but you wake up in the morning from the duomo bells which gives you the right atmosphere for Firenze and this super central location close to all important sights. Friendly staff. We got a key the last day so we could fetch our bags at anytime.

Breakfast is good enough to keep you going, but since it is put/served in the room the day before, the bread/croissant is industry pre-packed.

The hotel is 10 min walk from the train station. Just next to the Duomo. Exceptional location! We arrived late but the girl at the reception waited for us. The room was very spacious, warm (we visited in Jan, but there is air conditioning also), quiet and the bed was really good. Exceptional location for sightseeing and food. Highly recommend it and will visit again!!!

Honestly we have no complaints! Highly recommend this hotel for travelers who want to experience Firenze.

Amazing location next to Duomo and close to shops, supermarket and restaurants. Triple Tom had lots of space, comfy beds, plenty of storage, bath and shower and plenty of hot water, table & chairs, third bed/sofa and fridge in living area. Continental breakfast put in room day before.

minor but after 5pm is late check in and complex doors and locks. also, keep the windows shut to deter mosquitoes, we got bitten. latter is a Florence issue not the property’s fault.

Perfect accommodation really close to the Florence Cathedral (like 1min :)) It´s old building, so you can expect rooms with high ceilings and old terracota flooring. Breakfast were prepared in the room, such like packed croisant/muffin, caffe/tea, cornflakes, jam and in the fridge milk and butter. I think it was worth the money. Communication with owners was without any problem, receptionist was very helpful.

Everything was perfect

The location is perfect, just a few meters from the cathedral, restaurants and shoping area. Even if it is in a crowded area the room was very quiet!

We found that there is a problem with the mosquitos in Florence so the natural aeration is not possible and unfortunately the AC unit was totally inefficient and was setted in a non adjustable mode (from reason of cost???). It was very, very hot in the night!

Adriana was very kind, she solved all of our questions. The apartment was bigger than we thought by the pictures. Also, the bathroom was really big. About the cleanliness it was excellent. The better thing was the location, you can't find a better place nearby the monuments and good restaurants as this one.

The bed was a little uncomfortable but in general everything was even better than on the pictures. We have been really good surprised in different aspects and it definitely met our expectations, even exceed it.

I had a wonderful short stay (3 nights) with Adriana . Beforehand she was very informative, gave me good recommendations and could help me organizing tours. During my stay she was always accessible for any help or assistance. The room was very spacious, clean and had a nice bed. The location was just perfect! Right next to the Duomo cathedral. Although in the middle of the historical center, there was no disturbance in the night.

Location was brilliant. "Michaelangelo" Room had 15-20' ceilings with beams, great ambiance. lots of space. We were on the lowest floor, and you could still see the Duomo from the windows, which was less than 100 yards away from doorstep. Soundproofing was good, so the street noise and restaurant traffic immediately below were not distracting, when trying to sleep. The staff promply answered e-mail questions leading up to, and during our stay.

Limited service hours due to COVID protocol, no food/breakfast on premises, light maintenance needed (loose floor tiles, bathroom fixtures loose, etc), bed very firm, bed frame squeaky. Like most all downtown hotels in Europe, no parking, so you use a garage a few hundred yards away. We have lived in Europe many years, and downtown driving is not for the faint of heart, so be ready for the drive in/out to get to your hotel, while also avoiding the roads that are banned for auto traffic at certain times of the day.

The location is right at the center of everything in Firenze. The staffs are friendly and they allow you to park your luggage at the end of your stay and then come back to pick it up later.

No lift. A little cramped up bathroom but no big deal. There were one or two mosquitoes that were able to get in our room but interesting we didnt see anymore outside.
