The location was ideal, and in the middle of everything. Whatever you want to see it’s less than a 20 minute walk away. That being said, it was also very nice and clean inside, with air conditioning. It was like being in an apartment!

The only downside was the security method of getting into the building and your room. It required an online access code, so not only do you have to have access to your phone, you also need to be connected to the wifi of the building. Should you lose your phone, be locked out of it, not have connection, or it dies on you, you won’t be able to get back into your room as far as I’m aware. They did give me one physical key but it wasn’t a skeleton key, and you need to bypass 3 doors to get to your room.

location was fantastic, right in the heart of everything. The room decorated in modern style and very quiet, we could not hear outside noise or anyone in other apartments. The information folder was great and gave lots of local tips. The shower and bathroom were ample size and fluffy towels provided. The hair conditioner was beautiful. There was a mini fridge which was great to have and tea/coffee making facilities. The check-in staff were very friendly, great English and very knowledgeable and informative.

I thought the room would be bigger and would have a sofa as suites generally do. The building was beautiful and authentic however the room was decorated very modern so didn't feel particularly Florentine. There was no blankets/quilt on bed only a sheet, which is normal in hotter climates but other accommodations we stayed at in Florence offered spare bed linen in wardrobes.

Well beyond expectation! Our stay at this Palazzo was nothing short of great. As a Booking host myself I was expecting something nice, but this was more like a 5 star hotel than a Booking. Photos don’t make this place justice (this is probably my only improvement point: take better pictures online) spacious room, everything new, comfortable bed, very silent and top location. Wi-Fi speed was also excellent, that I really appreciate as I use my laptop a lot. Our host Lorenzo was really kind and the owner niccolo was very keeping in touch directly. This is an absolutely magical stay in Florence. I cannot recommend it enough. The most convenient location four min walk from the Duomo and surrounded by gorgeous restaurants. They have thought of every detail, from the beautifully renovated space through to the super comfortable bed. Info before hosts sent through a really thoughtful document ahead of time, outlining the best spots to eat and things to do. Alessandro met us at the accommodation to show us how everything worked. The locks on the three doors to the room made us feel exceptionally safe and comfortable. Also a big thank you for arranging our taxi back to the train station at the end of our stay. You can’t pick a more convenient, beautiful and welcoming spot to stay in Florence.

Nothing - it was perfect

I would live here if I could. This place is just incredible and over exceeded our expectations. Alessandro went above and beyond to help us celebrate our honeymoon. Had balloons and chocolates and even a bottle of champagne on ice for us in the room when we entered. It was super secure as well to make us feel safe. Location is prime and 2 minutes walk to everything. Full kitchen. Incredible bathroom. Best bed that we just fell into deep sleeps on. Amenities galore. It's just the perfect place for us to celebrate and already planning our trip back to stay even longer next time at this suite. Thank you for having us! See you soon.

That we had to leave. We should have booked it for a longer stay. There is nothing wrong with this place, so stop searching and book this place!

Great service, great locacation, great room. We had the best experience posible and it was all thanks to Dimora Le Torri. They helped us get from the airport to the place, gave us a document with a guide to to the city and gave us all the indications we needed. The staff was super nice and they even gave us complemetary prosecco!! We forgot our phone charger and they sent it to our house back in Spain. Lorenzo and Alessandro where very helpfull and very nice and helped us all the way. Niccolo, the owner was soo kind and the palazzo they have worked so hard to renovate is elegant and beautiful. Overall, it was the best experience and all thanks to Dimora Le Torri.

The apartment has clearly been lovingly and thoughtfully renovated. The location is fantastic (central to pretty much everything) and the apartment itself is modern and well-appointed. Lorenzo and Alessandro were fantastic hosts, who made our honeymoon extra special with some wonderful personal touches and went out of their way to help ensure we had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Highly recommended!

This newly renovated is a pearl in the historical part of Florence. It furnished to a high standard and all materials are chosen with love to find a balance between the past and today way of living. The security level is also high and you have easy access with your phone without using a key. Lorenzo is very kind and welcomes you with open arms. From the place you discover the old city with the first step when leaving the house.

The rooms and the structure were the newest and cleanest I have seen in a privately hosted structure, in particularly for something located 1 minute walking distance from both the duomo and palazzo signoria. The rooms can be opened with a smart key, that is very convenient not to carry anything phisical with you. And the space: WoW! In a hotel I would have paid 500 per night to get the same quality. Friendly owner and lovely stay. We also fell in love with the mattress, that is really high quality. Will be back!

The property had amenities that surpass my expectations. The curtains blocked all light at night, the room was quiet and we couldn’t hear outside noise, there was a light that was activated at night if you had to go to the bathroom, they had slippers and they had additional plugs to help charge things. The owner contacted me and was responsive with my needs. I couldn’t ask for a better room (awesome location as well).
