location is great, WHAT a view!!!! bed is very comfortable and staff are lovely. room is big and super clean. they also bring you a croissant in the morning which is cute. wifi works great.

everything is great. Only thing to note it’s not 100% a hotel, so no toiletries or bath rope. but not an issue for us.

The view from our room is not what you imaging when looking at the pictures in bookings.com I found this very disappointing as it’s why I booked this accomodation The aircon is not good so we were hot

Amazing to look out at the Duomo and piazza from the open windows. Fantastic location with an easy walk to the train station. Plenty of places to eat right on your doorstep. Staff were friendly and helpful. Exactly as it looks in the photos. Everything was very clean.

Being right on the piazza, it is a bit noisy and there are lights on all night. The blockout curtains helped with this but if you're sensitive to lights at night, this could be a problem for you. Also there was a clear glass panel that a light shone through all night from within the hotel that could not be covered up. Although the bathroom was large, the shower was quite small.

The view of the Duomo is breathtaking and it's definitely worth staying here for 1 night just for that. The location is incredible. A hugely spacious, comfortable and quiet apartment which provides all the amenities to make food or bring a takeaway back to the room. A nice library/living room space also with coffee and biscotti, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming to our guests.

We found it difficult to find the hotel as it's slightly concealed in a small doorway between shops. We called the hotel reception who came to find us which was very helpful. It's also quite expensive for the room with the balcony and full view of the Duomo but we thought it was absolutely worth it for one night.

The location could not be more perfect, sitting directly across from the Duomo. The view out our windows was stunning! The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and beautiful. It was the perfect place for a romantic anniversary celebration. Had we wanted to use it, there was a small, well-equipped kitchen. In the morning, fresh hot cornettos were hung in a little bag on our door. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel had a lovely lounge room with comfy chairs and a coffee machine for use any time of day.

The parking was very expensive - 35€ for 24 hours, but it was very close and convenient. For a central location in Florence, I suppose it's to be expected. Otherwise, our stay was exceptional and we look forward to returning!

We picked this hotel for the location, and that is the best part. Our room overlooked the piazza and the beautiful Duomo. Just be aware that because you are close to such a large attraction, it can be busy at night. The room is very spacious. It was nice to have a kitchenette as well. The room was also very clean. The decor is rather odd throughout the whole hotel, but it is quirky and probably appeals to those with super eclectic taste. They deliver croissants in the morning, and all staff were very friendly. The bed had big dents in it, so that wasn't super comfortable, but when you've been touring all day, it doesn't really matter. The room was clean, and we had no major complaints. That view is worth it.

This hotel is RIGHT next to Duomo. Absolutely the best location possible. The hotel was clean and quiet. Staffs were so kind. The room was clean, and perfect. If you don't want to drive, this is the hotel and save a lot of money. The hotel is secure and the room was surprisingly quiet in spite of its hot location and people around the building.

The only thing was the parking, which was a bit further away, but considering its location, I think there are no other parking closer than the hotel offers. This is the only negative point I can think of.

You can't beat the location, you go out of the place and are in the piazza where the Duomo and Baptistry are. The room was very cozy, it was a little apartment with kitchen included. Our room faced the interior of the building so we didn't have any noise at all. In the first floor there is a little library, where you can sit and enjoy a coffee or drinks provided by the hotel. There is also a terrace with a partial view to the duomo, where you can meet your friends and family to chat, play cards or games without the stress of being in the street. Each morning there was a freshly made croissant at our door, which we ate accompanied with the delicious moka coffee. The receptionists also gave very good restaurant recommendations.

It is somehow a little far from the parking place, specially if you have to drag luggage. Initially, we found difficult to find the hotel because the entrance door is small compared to the surrounding shops. After calling the reception for help to find the place, Andreea was very kind to look for us at the piazza and get us to the hotel.

This was an awesome property and the location is right on the Duomo square near everything. Variety of places to eat and have drinks and splurge on desserts! Our tour guide was mere steps from our location for both the David Statue and the Duomo!. Location is excellent!! The receptionist was wonderful and very helpful. Arranged our taxi from the hotel to the train station from inside the restricted driving area. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone coming to Florence to see the sights!

Staff was awesome! They hung fresh croissants on our door at 8:30. The room had an automatic espresso pot with a 3-cup insert and milk in the refrigerator. Our elegant room (31) has a fabulous view of the Duomo and Baptistry. The building is well sound-proofed against the street noise. The kitchenette (basically a counter behind wide closet doors) was serviceable. Clearly people who pay these rates don't cook in their rooms much, but we did, and it was OK. We saw several families with young children, who are probably the main beneficiaries of the cooking facilities. There's a small "library" for common use with coffee and cordial at all hours. Also a glassed-in Terrazzo at the top of the building with pleasant roof-top views: nice "hanging-out" space. Quirky art pieces throughout the property.

Wifi spotty and slow, but adequate for basic purposes. After all, you don't pay for a Duomo view in order to sit in your room and play RPGs.
