Superb location literally in the centre of Florence. Easy walking to every major attraction and to the river Arno/ Ponte Vecchio and beyond. Apartment was stylish and well appointed and VERY quiet in the evenings given it's central location and throngs of people. Andrea, who welcomed us to the apartment was extremely helpful and professional.

Queues are the norm in Florence so don't expect anything less! We would have liked/expected at least one or two towel changes in the 4 nights we were there, but there wasn't any. Sounds trivial but the kitchen needs to have electrical sockets installed above the worktop as there is nowhere to plug the kettle or the coffee machine in! You have to use a wall socket and then move the appliances onto a stool to use them. Also, providing an ironing board would have been nice, as we did bring an iron but had no suitable surface to iron on except the floor. Not much to ask for the price per night.

The location was fantastic and it was very quiet inside the apartment. It was very clean and the staff was very responsive.

The sofa bed was not comfortable. We were 3 friends and we thought we had two bedrooms and one sofa bed. But it was one bedroom with a king size bed and one sofa bed. The friend who used the sofa bed was not comfortable and two of us had to use the king size bed. But that was our bad not looking at it closely before booking.

The location was incredible. The air conditioning was good, and having two bathrooms was a plus.

The bathtub/shower needs improvement. As it was nice to take a bath, we felt that it could have been cleaner. The bath also does not drain very well. Not once was it fully drained during our stay, which by the end we noticed that the left over water attracted flies. We also found the pillows to be incredibly uncomfortable, and we ran out of toilet paper before the trips end.

Nice, big apartment with an amazing location. The interaction with staff was easy. Since we stayed for over a week, there was one free cleaning and change of bedding and towels also included. The bubble bath is dated, but nice and clean and provides a nice way to relax at the end of the day. There are many stores and restaurants nearby.

Some items listed in the booking.com (oven and iron), were in fact shared between the apartments. I understand that some of the apartments do have the oven in them, as we were offered to swap the apartment. We decided not to, as we didn't desperately need the oven and managed well with the stove. If you do need to use the oven though - I would suggest mentioning in the special request box when booking to avoid confusion.

Location was great, 1 minute walk from the Accademia and close to many places; The space and niceness of the apartment is what made it work really well for us.

Check-in was awkward; I did not have a local functioning phone and was not sure of arrival time, so ended up waiting about an hour for someone to let us in the building and show us to the apartment (building not staffed); they could have provided the building outside door electronic access code so we could have sat and waited in the lobby (public area) of the building until they arrived; once checked in and how things worked explained all was fine; No views from apartment at all but we knew that before booking; pictures on Booking.com represented the property accurately.

Location was simply amazing (it was better then my research showed). You are on the next corner from Academia (and David statue) and the Cathedral is just at the entrance of the street. All the sights are within walking distance, great restaurants and supermarkets are steps away. The apartment was huge, well appointed and very comfortable. Communication with the staff was also simple and easy (exchanged several messages and phone calls before arrival to confirm time, etc.). There is also a good parking 2 min walk (I recommend you pre-book it).

Probably one thing that's missing is a washing machine and iron. When you travel and spend a few days in an apartment it would be great to have an option to do the washing and ironing.

The location is great, it’s the city center, but it’s quiet at nights The most important thing for all travelers is bed;)it was comfortable! The apartment has its own unique style

No racks or shelves in the shower;( though it looks awesome( modern design), it’s hard to take a shower there. One has to put all the staff you need ( shampoo, shower gel etc) right on the floor. And there is an unpleasant odor in the shower

The property was in a great location. The facilities in the apartment were very good.

The lift broke down while we were using it. We were trapped there for around 30/40 minutes until the emergency services arrived and managed to open the doors and we were able climb out with their assistance.

The huge spa tub was lovely to soak in at the end of each day. The complementary coffee was nice and the kitchen was very workable but a unique layout. This is a beautiful property that is well located and is quiet. The Prosecco on arrival was a very thoughtful touch.

There could have been more cleaning supplies especially to clean the spa tub as we were there 8 nights. It would be nice for clients with longer stays if the sheets were changed every 4-5 days. (They did provide new sheets for us to change when we asked) We had lots of towels. Do not book this place for the terrace as it is really in a ventilation courtyard and is not conducive to sitting and relaxing.

Excellent location within east walking distance of all the major sights

Not enough comfortable seating for the three of us given that the sofa was made up as a bed. Pillows need renewing as they were hard as rocks!
