Receptionist was friendly and helpful room was an ok size and clean Supermarket bars and restaurants nearby approximately 25 mins walk into the city centre.buses are 5-10 mins away. A very pleasant stay good location as long as you don’t mind a walk Prices get a lot higher the closer you get to the city. Breakfast ( continental ) very tasty fresh croisants and coffee which was was supplied by a local cafe/ patisserie that was very welcoming.

Room lacking furniture, only double wardrobe and bedside tables which could do with lamps also needs a dressing table and chairs ( only the bed to sit on ) small table to put suitcase on No tea/coffee facilities receptionist did bring us a kettle so we bought some tea and milk.

the location of the hotel was very convenient. The room is clean, the bathroom is super! The interior is designed in Venetian style, but with modern conditions!

We arrived a couple of hours before check in and wanted to check in, the room was free, but the staff refused to give us the code for the door, so that we could come in earlier, this upset us a little because we had to sit in the lobby for two hours.

Nice and clean. Comfortable bed. Proper air conditioning system. Comparing to other hotels in Florence this one has good price/quality ratio. Included breakfast was authentic and nice.

Poor soundproofing. Shower stall was missing one door, and water did not drain properly. Drainage issue was not addressed during our stay even though we left a complain about it.

Spacious and super clean apartment, efficient self-checkin, fridge came as an appreciated surprise, we slept like Sleeping beauty :) Super friendly girl at the front desk, fast and easy communication, could leave bag before check-in - big plus for us. Breakfast is served in a typical Italian café in the morning with super friendly staff as well. Loved it. Thank you!

Fine place, comfortable and in walk distance to the city center. The breakfast in the nearby pasticceria is ok but lacks diversity (only 2 pastries and 1 hot drink included)

Sound isolation is bad and we had loudy neighbors... Missed 2 tickets for the breakfast (4 when we paid for 6) but it was fixed once we asked for it.

Everything about this cozy little place is warm! The rooms are cozy and clean...the bathrooms are nice and ship shape ..and the best part is a duplex kind of arrangement of the room. Kamila..the pretty lady that welcomed us on our arrival was the sweetest person making sure that we are comfortable and happy with our stay at the property. Everything was perfect thanks to our lovely host Kamila and this really pretty ro we got. Cheers!

Location was perfect. About 15-20 minute walk from Ponte Vecchio. Breakfast was in a cafe down the road and they have a wonderful selection of pastries to choose from. No keys, rather code to enter the establishment and the rooms. Parking on the street was a bit tricky, but there is a parking garade on the street parallel.

what was odd was that there was no chair or table in the room, but other than that was perfectly fine.

Receptionist friendly. Nice comfortable bathroom. We loved our little breakfast at the bakery.

2nd day, we could smell the building. The air in the building was like an old mouldy. Neighbours next door very loud.

We liked everything. The room was perfect, the bed was very confortable, the garden view is really relaxing in the morning we loved it. The location in the city is great. The host was very kind, very comunicative and helpfull. I recomanded this place and I will come again here in my next trip to Firenze.

- because the room is very high and the AC was very high on the wall and it was a small unit the room wasn't very cool. Manageable in a 38°C heat outside but don't expect miracles
