We had a wonderful stay at this charming B&B in Florence, where we were greeted with a warm, efficient check-in that set the tone for our stay. Luigi’s communication was always prompt and helpful, and readily available to assist with any requests or inquiries or local recommendations. The standout feature was the exceptional service provided by Luigi. Notably, after I accidentally left a personal item behind, he answered my text almost immediately and arranged for its safe return - an incredible display of dedication. This B&B offers a unique blend of a comfortable base to explore Florence and a cozy atmosphere that feels like a home away from home. Given the exceptional service and the personal touches that were so prevalent during our stay, I highly recommend this B&B for anyone planning a visit to Florence. It’s location also allows for quick access to highways so you can explore Tuscany by car with ease.

While the B&B was located slightly away from the city center, it offered a tranquil retreat without being too far from Florence's most popular attractions (and close to local restaurants and bars). So, there really wasn’t anything we didn’t like about the B&B.

* There were two separate rooms with a great aesthetic look from the inside. Very nicely decorated rooms. * Host went out of her way to have maps with nice marking on key items. * There was breakfast voucher for each of us on both the days -- great value for money. * Martina was super helpful with Florence day planning assistance. Very friendly and good at English. Lots of kudos for her. * The other host was super available on Whatsapp for any questions. Quite professional staff. * Restroom was great with toiletries.

We had an amazing stay at here. The room is very clean, spacious with high celling. The location is good too. Walkable distance to the center with many restaurants around that the locals would go with decent price. Oh! We loved the breakfast, you will get breakfast ticket to eat at the bakery that is close to the B&B, and it’s probably one of our favorite bakery place in Italy. The pastries are fresh, you can choose between one salty sandwich or two sweet ones. We like the design of the place; it’s cool that the room is named in colors. The shower gel they offer was very good too. The host Luigi is very kind and helpful, you can sense he really cares about his guests. He even gave us information about taxi strike before we arrived and instructions about how to get the property. He gave us tips where to eat and visit, all of his recommendations were very very good.

The accommodation was amazing, the room had a nice atmosphere. There was no problem with a later check-in. The room had a very comfortable bed and a balcony overlooking a quiet courtyard. There was a kettle, tea and coffee in the room. We also got tickets for a free breakfast at a nearby cafe, the breakfast was delicious. We found blue line parking at a machine for 1 euro per hour (from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m. parking was free here). Excellent location near the center of Florence.

Luigi was very attentive to our needs. The power flashed off once due to construction work outside which caused a problem with the Wi-Fi. We messaged him just so he’d know and told him we’d be fine until the next day as it was very late already. He came right to the place to make sure everyone and everything was fine. We saw him each day we stayed here. He is an amazing host.

It was clean, the manager Luigi was super friendly and helpful. When we arrived he provided a list of must do tourist attractions in Florence as well as great dining locations.

The tap water from the sink tasted funny. Other then that the property was perfect.

The gentleman who greeted me was very lovely and friendly and gave me a map and lots of tips of restaurants and things to do in Florence. The property did give me slight hostel vibes with the set up, but there’s nothing wrong with that as I had my own room and bathroom.

I loved the very good location and such a lovely host!! recommended restaurants and helped with booking taxis, the room was also very well kept and clean.

only thing I can think of is the shower head breaking so easily but it was fixed the same day so no issue.

The overall vibe of the place was amazing, and Luigi, the host is super helpful and gave me a lot of tips about navigating the city and dining places.

The location is close by to most things, but you’d have to walk or get a bus.

Beds were comfortable, there is AC, the room had a private bathroom inside.

There is no elevator and the check out was at 12pm (two hours later than what is specified on the website)
