Overall hotel is fresh, modern and rooms are clean. Location is okay. It's not too far and not too close to the Duomo. Florence is fairly small so the location wasn't an issue. Bathroom was very nice, clean and with modern finish. The hotel offers complimentary water and coffee once per stay. 10 min walk from Santa Maria Novella Train station, which was convenient.

The room was extremely small. The bed fits between the 2 walls and after that, you barely have any space left to walk or even to place your suitcase and open it. No breakfast option although this is a B&B.

The location is very convenient, it is only about 12 to 15 minutes walk to the train station. There are many restaurants and bars nearby. The room is not big, but very clean. The stuff are super nice and helpful. I needed some laundry done, Marlys at the front desk reception pleasantly helped me with laundry pick up and deliver from the laundry shop.

The air conditioner was not great. It was set to 26 C (79 F) degree and cannot be adjusted. When the outside temperature is 38 C (over 100F), it was not comfortable. The bathroom is very small, it will be very uncomfortable for someone weights more than 250 Pounds to take shower in the small space.

The hotel looks recently refurbished and well equipped. They discontinued breakfast (we knew that at booking time) but are offering a Nespresso machine and a fridge with complementary water. They also offer very complete toiletry from Ferragamo and Erbolario. We found even three complete dental sets with toothbrushes and dental paste.

What doesn’t give them five stars is that the room temperature we found was 28 degrees! Had to open wide the window to breathe through the night. Honestly, I would not use this hotel for work, due to the lack of breakfast offering and having to pay the city tax separately outside of the invoice. It is okay for leisure, as the breakfast options outside are not lacking. Besides those minor annoyances, it was a very pleasant stay.

The hotel was very clean & our room was cleaned daily. Very spacious room, with a good sized bed & lots of storage space & plugs. There was complimentary water, tea & coffee, as well as beauty supplies (toothbrush & paste, make up pad, nail file, shampoo, conditioner, lotion etc.), slippers & bathrobe. It’s in a good location, about 10 mins walk from the tourist sites & 5 mins from coffee shops & nice restaurants. The south side is easily accessed from the hotel also.

Very small detail. The air conditioning unit in the room was above the bottom of the bed. In the heat, we had to leave it on & it was a little uncomfortable blowing air into your face at night. There wasn’t any food or drink facilities in the hotel. Currently road works going on outside. A little noisy, but the rooms have good sound proofing.

The hotel is located within a 15 minute walk from the train station and is near the river. It is centrally located to most of the sites which are accessible via taxi. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Upon arrival the reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The hairdryer was amazing and the best in comparison to other hotels! Upon arrival we were provided with 4 complementary bottles of water (still & sparkling) and nespresso capsules for the machine. The hotel and room are extremely clean.

The light in the shower could be improved. The shower was small but very clean.

This hotel was spectacularly clean, updated, beautiful, high quality workmanship in every part of the hotel. Sound proof, beautiful wood doors, modern bathroom, high quality sheets, pillows, bed was so comfy, great nights’ sleep, lighting and AC excellent. Not too far a walk from everything, Loved it! Sarah at the front desk was amazingly sweet and accommodating. She was so kind to hold our luggage until check in and gave us an extra blanket when we asked. Highly recommend!

Everything was great!

Great experience, newly opened hotel everything is quite new, very clean and spacious, there is an elevator that works well and there is always someone in the reception at all times of the day. Staff was very kind and welcoming. The bathroom amenities are great! The location is also great, easy walk from the Train Station, situated in a calm part of Flornce, but still very close to all the cafes/shops/restaurants, few steps away from the river bank.

Bathroom was small compared to the room. Could be more comfortable to have more space.

The property is within easy walking distance to the train station and to the major tourist attractions. It’s a beautiful stroll along the river to the Ponte Vecchio or alternatively along one of the streets to grab a coffee and croissant. Our room was quite cozy, but comfortable, the toiletries were good quality and plentiful. Complimentary bottles of water were in the fridge which were great after arriving in the heat of the day. Staff were friendly and provided good recommendations on eateries etc. Overall a great stay.

Great value for money, the staff we’re super nice! The night clerk went above and beyond when I was checking out. He didn’t want me walking alone in the early morning as it was still dark and he deemed it dangerous, so he kindly called me a taxi and waited outside with me until it arrived to pick me up! The room was lovely, I was travelling solo so I didn’t require much more space. Everything was clean, bed was comfy , a robe and slippers were provided as well as complementary water.

What I liked most about this hotel was the location, which is why we chose it. The location is about 1 block from the river, and about a 15 minute walk to Ponte Vecchio and 7 minute walk to the train station. It is a basic hotel that feels more like an apartment building entrance with very helpful people at the front desk until 9am. The entrance was with a touchpad (with your key) for after hours entrance. There is not a restaurant or any food at the hotel. Try the Gamberini caffe a couple blocks away for a lovely breakfast.
