Great location in the heart of Florence. Quiet refuge in a busy city. Comfortable beds and good air-conditioning.

Staff is not always available. We got an email sayting that we'd need to let them know if we'd arrive after 4PM, so they could send us check-in information. I wrote back twice, but never received the information. They bill themselves as a "luxury" B&B, but they don't measure up to other places we've stayed. The breakfast was sufficient, but just croissants,rolls, salami in a sealed packet, fruit, hard-boiled eggs and coffee from a counter-top machine.

Centrally located B&B style apartment block with individual bathrooms within each bedroom. Nice views of neighbouring streets from the bedrooms and magnificent view from dining area which was accessible to us 24hrs a day. Great 'Italian Style' breakfast provided each morning and unlike some older buildings of this era, it had a fully functional elevator. Only 10 minute walk from the train station and 5 minute walk to most of the central tourist attractions. Our host was engaging and caring. Overall a very good experience and we would stay there again :-)

The A.C. in our room was a bit noisy.

The location and staff and breakfast all was good.

The elevator was too old and slow and small. Could not cover 4 floors. The walls in the room and toilet was sooo dirty. Should paint during low season😐 And they did not change towels and bed sheet every day if you want to change you have to pay 2€ 😐🙄 ( we paid 200€ per night) I dont agree with the tourist tax that we paid 5.50 euro each person each nights i think it was too much. Cause when we booked hotel we paid for the tax, so too much taxes is not fair for guests. Hope the managment of the hotel will read my note. Regards.

The location was perfect for access to all areas of Firenze. The rooms we booked were comfortable and clean (1 room for 4; 1 room for 2) and the breakfast was very good. The staff was wonderful. We arrived before the normal check in to leave our bags. One of our rooms was ready so we were able to get in and leave all of our bags in that room. We checked out the next morning, but left our bags at the hotel. We were given a code to get back in when we were ready to get our bags and were also told that the public bathroom was available for us to freshen up before we left. This was above and beyond what we had expected. Thank you.

Loved the location. Beautiful property in an historic building within easy walking distance of the Ponte Vecchio. Great view out of the window. Breakfast room was gorgeous. Simple breakfast but sufficient

Only complaint would be that the mini bar wasn’t refilled each day. It was extremely hot so going to the fridge expecting more water to have been put there was not great. I’m sure though we only had to ask and they would have supplied but as it was during the night not able to.

Such a cute and eclectic B & B, a real vibe and a very impressive central location. Eleonora was an absolute gem. And the breakfast was great and even included fresh homemade (delicious) cake she baked every morning. A very thoughtful host. Very organized and very accommodating. Would 100% stay there again.

Parking… by the grace of God the hotel does offer parking - but getting to it is NOT for the faint of heart. Be ready for a real adventure Lolol

It's one of the few locations that exceeded my exceptions: -most kindly and helpful hosts, providing all sorts of information and making sure you feel pampered during your stay - stunning views from the chamber and the breakfast room - beautiful and spotless room & bathroom - good bed and a good choice of different size pillows - located in the very centre of Florence, a few minutes by foot to the main attractions, excellent choice of restaurants, osteria, street food and gelateria nearby.

I would have appreciated more of the fantastic local products at breakfast (jams, cantucci, salami, cheese).

The location was very central and accessible to the attractions in Florence. We like that it was easy for us to walk to them. Breakfast was available daily and great to wake up to. The lift itself is an attraction as it's an old-style lift. 3 of us were able to fit into the room that we booked.

Wifi not working in the room. The toilet was a bit squeezy for us. The bath area didn't have much room for us to move around and we knocked into the surroundings many times. The aircon had an issue and was unusually loud that the facility was not able to fix for us.

We had a quad room that was very comfortable without feeling cramped. The best feature of the place is the shared living/dining area overlooking the streets of the old town and the Palazzo Vecchio from the 5th floor. (There is an elevator, too). We sat there all evening listening to two street performers singing opera from the square below. Highly recommended place to stay, one short block from the river and right in the old town.

We loved everything about this place. We had the room with a small balcony overlooking the square. The classical music drifting up was lovely. The breakfast was good, the location was awesome. We highly recommend. One of our favourite places and location.

we loved everything . One thing would be the same breakfast for 5 days can be boring after a while even if it was really good and fresh .
