We had a fantastic stay and would 100% stay again when we return to Florence. The place felt special and was exceptionally clean. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Best service we’ve had during our time in Italy.
There are a few steps to get up to the rooms (minimum 35 depending on what floor you’re on) so keep that in mind if you have mobility issues.

The room was so clean and spacious. The staff were amazing especially Andrea. He was the most helpful person and always with a smile and friendly. The location was brilliant, its right in the centre and close to everything. Highly recommend.

Such a marvelous place to stay. Perfect location just off the main avenue leading from the Ponte Vecchio to the Duomo. Welcoming staff, particularly Andrea the boss (and his mother). Great breakfast (especially the savory pie!!!) Have been to Florence many times. This is the place to stay. Room #30 is very quiet.

There was no breakfast. We especially liked the historical items and furnishings in the lobby and common area. It took me back to an era of radio and old communication. We loved Andrea! He was so helpful.

This was a beautiful room with a soaring ceiling and modern bathroom, quiet and cool with lovely furnishings. We bought breakfast which was very good and a good value. Front desk was very helpful
