Our room was great, great bed and bath area very nicely decorated. Hotel was very convenient between the airport and downtown across the street from the Tram. Large grocery store immediately behind the hotel. Also, several good restaurants nearby, particularly OCA and MUN. Staff was very helpful and made dinner reservations for us. We have stayed there twice and would welcome a revisit when we are in the area.

We stayed at this hotel for only one night, but it was enough for us to love it. From the very first impression with the staff member that welcomed us at the reception with a big smile and bundle of information, to the room that was sparkling clean and neat. The room was equipped with everything that is necessary to have a good stay, and the bed was really comfortable. We had a peaceful night without distracting noise. One of the biggest plusses was free parking right next to the hotel, which was easy to locate and enter. Also, we loved the fact that the tram station was right in front of the hotel, which takes you to the centre of the city and back. The receptionist explained everything regarding public transport and even gave us a map with all the information. This was a pleasant experience, and we would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Location is wonderful just few minutes by the the tram 🚊 that is located outside of the hotel and its cost 1.5 euro for a ride. Parking in front of the hotel was free. The hotel room was in a good size. And the hotel stuff are very helpful and kind. Behind the hotel a very big supermarket

Breakfast overall was ok but in my opinion needs to be improved a bit.

The hotel was convenient to both the airport and the center of Florence. There is the tram that runs right in front of the hotel and you can take this directly to city center. Since we only stayed one night to catch an early morning flight out back to the United States and also return our rental car, this was the best place to stay for both. Really clean and big room, quite considering it is on a busy street and there is a grocery store right next door that is open 25 hours for anything you may need. Would stay here again.

Great location. Tram outside direct to Florence and free parking made visiting the areas a breeze. nice rooms bedding and towels. Beds were very nice and we slept really well.

The air conditioning wasn’t on despite it being quite warm as it was the end of April. We found the rooms too warm at night and mistakenly opened the windows and we had quite a number of bites from mosquitoes that had come in overnight and were still in the room. We appreciate the costs of running air conditioning when it’s not the height of summer but a warning on the website and window screens would have been fine. Other than our own mistake we can definitely recommend this hotel.

Very conveniently located hotel, tram stop just in front of it. It takes less than 15 mins to get to the airport and 15 mins to the city centre. Supermarket just next to it. Very comfy bed and thanks to double window no sounds from the street, so we had very good sleep there. We did not try dinner or breakfast in the hotel, so cannot judge. In summary, we can recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, location and comfy bed.

Hotel blocked whole amount as a preauthorisation prior our arrival in two chunks. At checkout, the smaller preauthorisation turned to final payment and the larger chunk (few hundreds EUR) is still being blocked on my Revolut account (writing it 4 days after checkout). I believe it will be released, but it is inconvenient.

Very well located, excellent staff and nice premises. We need to mention a young lady in the reception when we check in, her name is Camila, who was extremely bright and efficient. She was leading with a lot of clients, with a lot of pressure and she was doing everything in the most efficient and expedited way, and always in a very good mood, calm and smiling. A real eficiente and kind receptionist.

Great location ( we were shifted to StarHotels Michelangelo Florence due to an issue with the hotel’s systems). Rooms were comfortable.

Most of the staff were pleasant and helpful. A very bad experience with just one staff in the restaurant- never encountered such atrocious behavior in years - globally. Had dropped a note to the hotel detailing this incident, but, no response.

great location with easy access via tram right outside hotel into Florence in 12 mins for 1 euro 50. hotel itself very modern with lovely clean spacious room with everything we needed. bathroom clean and spacious too. breakfast was excellent with great selection. we were also able to park in the hotels own car park which is free. be advised this is a small car park with space for only 3-4 cars. a great hotel for stop over in this lovely city. it’s a few stops from the airport via tram and 7 stops from city centre.

modern clean great location near airport. close to some restaurants, had parking. near fuel station so returning car was easy. Rx close so we could get COVID test before flying back to SFO excellent breakfast. located next to tram station and was easy getting to central old town Florence.

restaurant for dinner on site was limited with menu and staff. friendly. Same person also ran the bar a floor up. differ staff had conflicting info about parking and Rx COVID testing. all worked out ok. probably had COVID staff issues that were unavoidable.
