The staff were very helpful, the rooms were clean, and there was a good selection of foods for breakfast.

The location is quite far from the central areas

The room was super spacious and had aircon which was great for the warm weather. The bed was really comfy and the toilet really nice as well with bidet. Not too far from the tram (5 minute walk) which takes you straight to the city centre and to the airport as well. This hotel was a really good choice for us, not too expensive like the ones in town but close enough to all transports. Also, they have 24 hour check in, our flight was really late and we only got there at 3am but had no problem getting in the room!

The Hotel Firenze Nuovo Palazzo Di Giustizia is something you just need to experience. Yes, it's a BnB, but.... With a twist! It has a self serving area on ground floor, where you can get cool drinks and even prep food you find there in a fridge in a microwave. So, no need to got to bed without a night cap ;-) Staff is very friendly and helpful. Just ask. The rooms are clean and neat. Uneventful, but serving the purpose. Pets are no issue. My Samoyed was the start at the front desk. They almost forgot to check my credit card over her ;-) The location is about 2 miles from city center. So, you need a car or other means of transportation, if you want to visit Florence center.

the location is very good 7 mins walk from Tram Stop Torre Degli Agli. tram passes approx very 7 min which is very good. distance to city centre by tram is approx 20 mins. One could also arrive to the hotel by tram from Stazione Guidoni and take tram direction to Unita and stop at ram Stop Torre Degli Agli closest stop to hotel Staff were excellent and breakfast was also good. Food and drinks from the vending machine were also available which is very good for travellers arriving late. Staff kept our luggage safely secured also on the last day,

room was a bit small for the price of the stay No coffee was available in the room

The hotel was great. Clean and fresh. the rooms were very new and chic. Clean and neat with mini fridges (helpful for water bottles) There not many shops around but the hotel has a great selection of snacks + coffee + food (microwave to heat it up) and even small cocktail options! It's a bit further from the city but very friendly to take the Trams and takes only 15 min. (€ 1.5 per person) great option. The hotel has elevator and offers free indoor parking that we were lucky to be able to make use of since it's limited and can't be booked in advance :) Both our rooms had balconies though the view is a bit uninspiring. Since we were mainly at Florence we didn't care. The aircon was perfect for the heatwave we experience.

We would have appreciated if they had some visual clear instructions of the parking placing and system. We experience that the person at reception gave the same poor instructions to us and 2 other different guests (in different occasions) and she even got seemed frustrated that we had all asked twice and three times when we couldn't understand her instructions. The placing was confusing (it is not clearly marked which of the parking belongs to the hotel since there is a private one right next to it as well) and there is a knob that wasn't clear it needed to be used to take the car in and so on. My boyfriend politely offered to walk and show one of the guests what she meant before we checked out.

Location, friendliness and willingness to accommodate our needs on the part of the hotel staff. We did not eat breakfast or use the hotel parking facility although if our stay had been longer. Although small, the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Due to the fact that we had to get to the airport early the next day, we went to bed early the night before. Unfortunately, sleeping was difficult because other hotel guests were loud and boisterous, keeping us awake. The noise didn't stop until well after midnight.

Breakfast was good. Great coffee. The bed was very comfortable, bed sheets white as snow. It was very clean. In the breakfast area the cutlery and plates were very clean. The hotel staff was extremely helpful and nice.

The location - it is about 500m away from tram 2 station and 8 tram station from the city centre (20 minutes). There was no banner how to get to the hotel. It took us a lot to figure out how to get there.

The hotel is just 14mins away from the University of Florence where I had my conference. So it was very convenient for me. Also, the tram station is located within walking distance of the hotel. Hence, it is very easy to get to the Florence city center by tram. There are plenty of restaurants around to get your self a good and a tasty meal and coffee. I had breakfast at the hotel two days out of the four days I stayed there. Although, it was limited in terms of variety of foods, what was available was tasty. The staff at the reception was friendly and helpful. The room was super clean and comfortable.

There wasn't a coffee and tea maker in the room. The hotel has an automated coffee machine at the entrance and charges 1€ for a coffee. If they could place a coffee maker in the room, I'm sure the guests would love it.

- good breakfast buffet - 11 pm is the latest check-in time on booking.com but it was possible to check in 24/7. This was the case when I was there so better ask the hotel in advance when you arrive late. - nice personal, replied immediately to late check-in request when my flight was delayed. - can be easily reached by tram (1.50 Euro) +5min walk from airport or by a 20 min walk directly from the airport by - room clean with TV

- Price/Value in my case not so good, but the place was still the most reasonable in the entire city on a date everything else was booked out or even more expensive. - bath a little bit old but still ok

Great reception, clean, had AC and nice room. We also had a balcony which was fun. I love the front area and it was just a pleasant stay overall.

Our door handle of the bathroom fell off which was strange. I think it was just a weird situation with the room we had, but everything else about the stay was perfect. The communication too from the hotel was great and they helped us get there with directions via tram and got a taxi to the airport for us when we left.
