Florence Comfort B&B0

The hotel was so homely and clean. Such a great location, only a 2 min walk to the tram station then 10/15 min tram to the centre. Mattia could not do more for us, so friendly and approachable. He even gave us a lovely post card and free bottle of fragola liquor as he seen me admiring the bottles. It was amazing I bought another one on check out. The property is behind a secure gate and the door to property is also secure. Will definitely be back if we come to Florence again.

Nothing it’s perfect.

No longer accurate to call it a B&B as host no longer offers breakfast (he provided vouchers for local establishment which was fine for me). The location, though out of city centre was just one minute from a tram stop so getting to centre was easy.. Would have paid a lot more if staying in centre.

Only downside was the noise from the buildings behind which every evening sounded like partying until late. Not the proprietor's fault though.

Everything was great, especially the hospitality of Mattia. He was always there for everything we needed. The room was great: clean and with a big bathroom. The location was extremely convenient. Few steps from the tram station and well placed to begin excursions to Siena, Bologna, Pisa or Tuscany villages.

The owner was very nice and helpful. The room was very spacious, especially the bathroom, and clean. Breakfast is available a few steps away in a Pasticceria - you will have for everyday a coupon for it. The location is not far from the city center, walking distance is about 30 minutes, but easier by tram in about 10 minutes, which is almost opposite of the B&B.

Good location for exploring Florence if you don't want to be right in the center. The room was nice, tidy and clean. The host was very kind and helpful.

Breakfast is not exactly breakfast, but a coupon for 1-2 small sandwiches and coffee. Parking is great, but charged extra. If the B&B also has to pay it to a third party - I understand why they charge it, but if they don't...

The private parking was amazing, the owner and his mother were extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming, and the options for discounts at amazing restaurants owned by and affiliated with the owner were incredible. The room itself was also great with a balcony and air conditioning and a spacious bathroom. Great value for money and we’re very happy with the whole experience.

The hotel is like a fairy-tale. From the very first moment you have a feeling that you have come home to pay a visit to a close friend. The staff is extremely friendly. The owner guides you each step on your way and helps a lot . The room is clean and cosy. The big fat recommendation from us to visit.

Everything was perfect

The Jacussi and the balcony were the highlights. Mattias is the best host ever. We had a great time staying at this B&B

The location was a bit far from the center, but still if you like to walk is just 25 minutes. Good connection from buses and trains, so it wasnt that bad.

Mattia is the best host you can ask for. Pleasant greeting with lots of helpful information regarding our stay and the easy transport to the city centre. Went out of his way to make our stay the best it could be. Good facilities, comfortable beds and great WiFi.

No complaints. We loved everything

Amazing Bnb, it is located right near the tram station so it was easy to reach the centre. The host is very nice and helpful, they provided alot of information on how to reach centre, where to eat, and places to visit. I will stay again next time in Florence!
