B&B Hotel Firenze Novoli

Our stay was lovely, got a bit confused with the venue address as I received an email with the B&B Hotel down the road. But once we arrived staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely we added it onto our stay during our visit. Easily accessible from town on the tram at the bottom of the road.

Our rooms air-conditioning leaked quite blasting badly, we went through quite a few towels whilst on our visit, the metal had bent and was leaking into our wardrobe so we couldn't put any clothes in there.

I recently stayed at a charming 3-star hotel in Florence that provided a good experience. The staff was warm and professional, making check-in a breeze. The room was spacious, and offered a stunning view. The large windows allowed for ample natural light, making the space feel even more inviting. Although the price was slightly high for a 3-star hotel, the overall experience made it worth the cost. I would highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in Florence.

is a little bit far from the historic center.

The hotel had a very good access to the city and it was easy to reach the city with a tram. checking in to the hotel is very easy. Safe and convenient parking was there at a reasonable price (€5 per day). At the ground floor of the hotel, there is a vending machine that sells you for example coffee for one euro, and it has an acceptable quality. We didn't have breakfast, but it was quite good. Please note that after 11 pm, check-in to the hotel is done automatically with a device.

on the second day, they made our room clean on 3 p.m.

This is about B&B Hotel Firenze Nuovo Palazzo di Giustizia... We booked B&B Hotel Firenze Novoli but we were moved due to some technical difficulties. I think it was upgrade for us. It was even closer to the Tram station and a bit away from the 'bad' area (as reported by others). Frankly I did not see anything to worry about in the area. The room had a strange shape, somewhat on a corner area but was big and well equipped. The beds were really good. Breakfast was quite alright, even the cappuccino was good.

The lifts... there are at least three of them. We always had to climb down the stairs. None of them were coming up or stopping to take us down (of course we pressed only the down button :) ). They were always stationed on the lobby so going up was not an issue, but going down with luggage on the steps is no fun. I had to take the stairs and bring the cabin to the 4th floor. Not a big thing, but 'you' asked what I didn't like. Not really a big thing :)

We liked pretty much everything from the hotel, the staff were amazing, all of them very helpful and kind, from the receptionists to the people at the restaurant, the rooms were clean, the breakfast was delicious. The hotel is very close to the tram stop and only about 10 minutes tram ride to the town centre.

The only thing we didn’t like was the heat in the room. It was way too hot and the air conditioner didn’t work properly.

Room was spacious, modern and pleasant, with plenty of room for us and our luggage. To he clear, though, we travel with carry-on size luggage and a very small laptop bag.

The lighting was quite dim, especially in the bathroom. And the bathroom lacked a towel bar or even any hooks for towels. Please install at least a towel bar in the bathroom! Hooks on the inside of the door would also be helpful.

Chlore smell in the room was strong) with open windows was a bit better the ventilation in the bathroom didn’t work so there is a bit of moisture smell (but not bothering)

I like that they have free parking. The staff is very good. They speak English. The place was very nice and clean. The rooms were beautiful and the size of the room was very good.

That they didn't have the ice machine fixed. When I was reading about everything that was included in the room, one of them was the air conditioning and I couldn't use it because of some law there. I would love to have knowledge of this before so I go prepared. They didn't have a toilet seat.

Very good hotel for it’s price. Everything is clean, the room is well equiped, breakfast is small but rather good. Separately I would love to highlight the staff of the place, Alessandro the guy at the reception welocomed us with true smile and care, but lady (unfortunately didn’t see her name) gave us some really nice tips on how to travel around Florence.

Friendly staff who could not do enough to help! Great value for money breakfast. Comfortable beds and fab pillows. Sparkling clean. Great location near the tram stop.

The air con was more like a fan and didn't really get the room cool enough but it was OK- we were there during a heat wave!
