Hotel Napoléon

It was very hot but the room was very cool. Breakfast was lovely. Location was good- an easy twelve minute walk to the old town and twenty minutes to the train station

Nothing major. A bit limited on storage space if you are staying more than a couple of days. The safe was located very high up on the top of the wardrobe- too high for anyone under 5 feet 10 inches !

Staff was kind and the breakfast was perfect for us with options of scrambled or hard boiled eggs with breads, meats, cheeses, cereals and juices. The room was perfectly cleaned.

The room was smaller than anticipated but it was ok for 2 people. The bed was also a bit hard but just my personal preference. The fluffy pillows made up for it though. The location was good for parking but not a super easy walk to the center in the heat of summer.

Outside building looks rough but inside was very nice. Comfortable room, friendly staff, good breakfast provided.

Terrible location on a busy road. Difficult walk to the city center…15-20 minutes. We like to be in the center or at least an easy, quick walk.

Location. It's near a busy road and a fair walk into the centre. We were worried it would be noisy at night but it wasnt.

Very nice modern hotel in Lucca, located near the walls/ historic centre and the highway. Private parking space available. The bedroom was very comfortable and clean. The staff is very kind. Breakfast was also good.

The property is great! It would be a great plus for the hotel to have the eletric charging station for recharging eletric cars.

Beds are good and comfortable. Location is good. Pisa is 20 minutes drive. Good restaurant Leos 3 mins drive. Very friendly personnel. Breakfast included was OK. Nothing special could be more variety.

Bath canin is small tbh., No EV charging in the area. No smart TV. Only Italian channels. No big things, but still have to mention it.

This was our second visit. The rooms are large and faultlessly clean. The breakfast is good. Parking on the spot is a big bonus. The reception recommended an excellent restaurant nearby. The access from the motorway is excellent.

The room was very clean and comfortable, but the main highlight was the staff. They were extremely friendly and helpful and couldn’t do enough.

The room was a little small, but overall a very enjoyable experience.

If we hadn’t had a car we would have opted for a charming old hotel in town. We did have a car and Hotel Napoleon was perfect. Very modern and well appointed, easy to find (right off the main road into town from Pisa), easy free parking, a very short walk to the city wall, good breakfast, and very pleasant helpful staff on site 24/7.

We arrived at the hotel around 9.30 am as our ferry arrived in Livorno early in the morning and the we could check in right away as the rooms were ready. The woman in reception was lovely and offered us to have something from the breakfast table even we were not supposed to have breakfast that morning. The breakfast was excellent and a lot of variety, among the greatest breakfast I have had at a hotel. The room was really nice and comfort.
