We had the room with the balcony and that was a nice big room with a part with a leather sofa, a television and a small bureau. In the other part stood a large bed and a wardrobe. The bathroom was small, but comfortable. The airco worked very well. The breakfast area was cosy and we could enjoy an Italian breakfast with some extra’s for the tourists that want to eat like home. The two ladies who organise the B&B are very nice and offer you their best to make your stay enjoyable. Their parking possibilities are the jewel on the crown. You can walk from there to the city center and you don’t have to worry about finding a parking space. On your way to the center you pass a great gelateria Gelato Bontà! The best gelato ever!

We know that the charm of the B&B has to be kept intact, but we don’t like the key to the room itself. They have a nice system to open the doors and gate to get in and out of the house, but your own room has an old-fashioned key.

This french-style B&B was very-well located less than a kilometer outside Lucca's walls. Therefore, you avoid the ZTL zone. Walking inside the walls was on a comfortable bike/pedestrian path. The rooms were larger than typical Italian hotel rooms and remarkably, the shower was a good size. The Hostess was very nice and happily let us struggle with our bad Italian. The breakfast was very good-try to Tuscan Apple Tort! There was parking inside a gated area and the hotel itself was very secure. There isn't that many restaurants in the immediate area of the hotel, but we did have a great meal at the Poke-Ramen restaurant almost next door.

We had a room on the street side so we could hear street noise, but it wasn't that loud and certainly didn't keep us awake.

Beautiful place, removed from the city center but not too far. The bathroom was gorgeous, the bed comfortable and the wifi strong, even on the top floor. Very nice terrace. The staff are the most friendliest and patient people ever.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay, the room was quiet and comfortable and the location is a short walk from the centre of Lucca.

The wellness room was nice and relaxing however, it was only a hot tub and some beds.

beautiful house not far from the city walls. the house has that typical Italian feel to it with its cool stairs and tiled floors, the shutters keeping out the heat of the sun but with AC too if needed. the staff were friendly and helpful. the breakfast delicious. we will visit again.

a bit of a walk to the old town but this is a very minor issue - this place is worth the walk!

Overall it is a nice place to stay. Large airy rooms and thoughtfully decorated. My room was very comfortable. I was made to feel very welcome during my stay.

Beautiful room which was very clean and comfortable. The staff who were polite helpful and friendly. Good breakfast.
