This is an apartment remodelled into 3 separate rooms accomodation. It is located on the 6th floor in the aparment building. Each room has a lock. It is decorated with very nice taste. The room we stayed in had en suite bathroom. There is a common area with 3 tables assigned to room numbers where guests can eat. The common area is camera supervised. A small balcony in common area is also available. You can prepare a tea or coffee and grab a typical italian breakfast (toast, pastry or yoghurt etc.). The place is very clean and well maintained. Marco offers for a 40€ pick up from the airport. It is a fair price and convenient. Location is good, near shopping centre where on top is a restaurant with amazing pizza. A metro stop Aurelia near the place make this accomodation easy to reach all the attractions in Rome. Recommended to all.

After arrival a photo of my ID Card was taken by Marco. I did not like that very much to have my ID card copied and stored onto a private cell phone. This is actually against the GDPR EU law which states in details how the sensitive data can be obtained and retained. I am aware that accomodation owners need to pass the information about their guests to the police but this is not in line with EU law. Marco promised me to delete later the photo. I hope he did as promised and would change the model of registration of the guests. For his and guests safety.

The property is situated just outside the Metro station as well as a mall which makes it extremely convenient. Location 10/10! Marco also made sure that the property was clean and ready for us when we checked in. The apartment is in beautiful condition and has a lovely balcony where you can enjoy a cup of tea. Marco is extremely accommodating and made sure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable! Thank you to Marco for being an incredible host! Such a friendly demeanour that made us feel at home for our first visit in Rome. Also a lovely breakfast is provided - cereals, croissants, oats, yoghurt, juice, Nutella and so much more! I would recommend this property to all friends and family!

Excellent apartment, nice breakfast, very clean, excellent location! The host Marko is very polite and a very fair person! Everything else was great!!! :-) Marco is a very friendly and helpful host. Our room was available even earlier than 14.00, which was very good for us. On the last day we could leave our luggage in the kitchen and pick it up later. The room was clean and had everything we needed for a short stay

The breakfast is very basic. But you could also get your own food (if you prefer) and store it in the fridge.

Spacious room,very nice view in the balcony,near metro station,good breakfast, kitchen everything we needed the best stay in Rome.i thought that would be a little difficult with external bathroom but it was not a problem,Marco very proffesional

helpful host, value for money, close to metro, supermarket, laundry service, it is only a room in an apartment with simple breakfast and juices provided good enough to start for the day.

if to have a shower screen instead of shower curtain would be better

Very warm welcome from Marco, the owner. He is very helpful. The room is clean and nicely decorated. It looks better than in pictures. The location is good, near the metro station.

Near a busy street, so in a quiet situation you could hear some noise from the cars, but not that problematic.

This is that type of accommodation that you'd recommend to your best friends! Everything was super well organized, and Marco is very friendly and approachable☀️

Super easy check in, excellent communication from owner. Great aircon and comfy room and bed. Near Vatican.

A little out of city to other attractions. The metro wasn't running so was a bit chaotic with buses, but not owners fault!
