Hotel VM0

The hotel (or better the apartments) are located close to Vatican and the staff was really supportive. We had problems and they provided immediately support as much as possible and as soon as possible. The rooms had space and were clean expcet for one case that the owner provided immediately to solve.

The hotel is a little bit basic and needs improvements. Unfortunately there was a problem and we had the room changed and in my opinion not the same level. Despite the description, we did not have TV and there was no terrace. The apartament, we should have had, was exactly up to us and the family who had it was very noisy. We tried to have a small nap during the afternoon to recover from the early wake up, but it was not possible.

Excellent location!—Close to San Pietro train station and within walking distance of Vatican. Clean, comfortable room with air conditioning. Very helpful staff—Valerio worked hard to make sure we found a taxi to our cruise port after we learned about the transportation strike.

The only thing I didn’t like was climbing the stairs, but the family didn’t mind.

Nice apartment house with the service of a hotel, uncomplicated check-in and check-out, daily cleaning, in walking distance to St. Peter Basilica. We had the apartment with terrace, amazing view! But only reachable by a spiral staircase in the apartment. So not suitable for older or handicapped guests

We had the apartment with terrace - amazing view, but the double bed (very comfortable!) is on the terrace floor and only reachable by a spiral staircase. So my mother had to sleep on the sofa bed, cause she needs a toilet reachable at night. So for older people a regular apartment is the better choice!

The owner was very respectfully. The hotel was located in a perfect location close to the vatican city.

You can hear the people steps from the next floor. Also, the outside vehicles passing on the road at night.

The apartment was very clean and organized. The host was very helpful and flexible regarding the entrance time. The location and the neighborhood were great.

I missed a sink to wash some dishes and glasses that the apartment disposes.

The air condition wasn’t enough for the apartment.

It had very spacious apartments. With amenities and comfortable areas. Extremely close to vatican city. Has a lot of restaurants, and shops around.

They need to refurbish the bathrooms a little bit.
