The place is near bus stop and Metro. Your customer service person Alexia is very helpful and very attentive, she listen to people’s need. A very perfect customer service with always a smile. Barbara is not quite pleasing.

It’s the communication about direction. Since I booked this thru Booking.com, it’s always you have to go to their site before you could communicate with the AirBnB. It is very hard, we got lost 3x since we took public transport then after we found your place it really near everything. I wish the communication will be easy direct to the owner instead of going thru Booking.com which is very hard. On our other BnB, we used AirBnB app and it’s very easy to talk to the owner.

All the staff was very nice and helpful, the room was spacious and had all the basic amenities to spend a few days. It is not in the city centre but is relatively easy to reach it by public transport. For the price of the rooms it is a really good deal.

From the room there was a lot of noice coming both from the street and inside the hotel. Nevertheless, this was mostly during the day. Although the public transport is close, the route to the metro station requires walking through a steep hill and very narrow sidewalks. However, there is a bus stop just in front of the building.

The breakfast could be better, the drinks were ok. It would be good to have some fruits. Maybe we are used to a different breakfast and in Italy such kind of breakfast is ok. The place was good. We could walk everywhere we needed to go. It was very good that we were given all the keys so we could come whenever we wanted.

Our business is the sale of mattresses, so we especially felt the differences between the ones we are used to and the ones we had in the hotel. But that's probably only specific to us :) My husband is quite big and didn't fit in the shower :D I was ok.

Spacious rooms, very clean place, very friendly people, it's perfect when travelling with friends or family. You have everything you need at a correct price. The ladies take very good care of the place and it's very close to Vatican City. Super easy to get around by bus (Google maps gives you all the details). Our room was cleaned daily (it was super clean in general), we received fresh towels every other day and a warm welcome at breakfast. It's not the most romantic or beautiful high end place, but it feels like the real down to earth Italy, like if you would stay with a local but with all the perks of a Bed and Breakfast.

We were just a tad disappointed by the breakfast, super correct for its price but we would have preferred to pay a little more to get maybe some fresh bread. Coffee was great though and the ladies super friendly and we got a croissant from a café literally just around the corner. I would recommend earplugs if you have the room at the end of the hallway near the road. At night it's quiet but in the morning it can get a little noisy. But I only noticed because I am a light sleeper.

I think, it’s the best place based on the quality-price ratio. The hotel room is very clean; Towels and bedsheets are changed every day; Hostess is kind and friendly. Location is also good - it’s not the city centre but is very close to the metro station.

Wifi signal was very low. There’s also extra 20€ service fee for the late check in (after 6 pm). Although, it’s not a big disadvantage considering the low cost of hotel.

The location is very good. It's just 15-20 minutes to Vatican City by feet. Also the staff is very helpful and nice (providing the iron and also explaining what bus to take for the city center). Although the parking is not strictly private parking on premise, we were able to park in front of the building.

The apartment doors aren't sound proof, so when the staff started moving around and speaking loudly at 7:45-8:00 at the kitchen area, we could hear everything. So people who would like to sleep a little bit longer, then might not be the best place 😉

The location is excellent, just a bus ride up the hill (or a 20 or so minute walk) to the Vatican. We didn't get breakfast, because our appointment was earlier than breakfast time, but the ladies in reception made us a plate of prepackaged cookies so we had something to snack on in the morning.

Good location, very close to Vatican and 10-15 minutes by bus from city center. Very affordable price considering that location is not that far from center. Bus stop is located just in front of the apartments, which was very convenient

Check in is only until 18h. They have breakfast, but its mostly some biscuits, not actual food. Walls were very thin, you could hear people in other room snoring :)

Location is really well connected with all the major city attractions, via bus nr 46 or via metro. Also, it is clean, tidy,it has breakfast included and also the staff is helpful and friendly. We recommend this place. Also, breakfast and coffee are included in the price. And the price is great compared to the similar places

Clean, comfortable, close to the metro and bus lines, the staff were friendly and helpful.

The breakfast could be improved, but it is still good considering the value for money.
