The hotel was clean and modern. The staff was friendly and helpful. Comfortable beds and good amenities. The bathroom was spacious and clean. It is very moder.

It's a bit expensive for the area. You have to take public transport to get anywhere. It is true that the bus stop is nearby, but for the price you expect to be in the centre.

The hotel is not far from most sites. The majority of the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Only one gentleman wasn't so friendly, as if my questions were annoying him!! He made me feel like a pesky American. 😅

The only way to come in is one way. It should be accessible from both entrances. Not everyone is capable of walking such a steep hill to go through the back! I also had small ants in my room. The air conditioning wasn't the greatest either. However, I may not have been operating it correctly!! So ask the front desk. I really only slept and showered there, never really lounged in the room! For the price, it was great. Shower was amazing...nice pressure. It's a smart room, so be sure to put your key in this small slit near the door or else your lights won't stay on and your phone won't charge, like nothing will work!! They don't tell you that at the desk either. 😁

Located within a few minutes walk from St. Peter’s Basilica. Building is very modern. Rooms are spacious, but the cleanliness is alright. The usual breakfast isn’t available during the summer break, but there are loads of restaurants along the way to the Vatican to fill in for it. Our highlight is the lady at the reception who helped us out with our friends’ airline booking problems showed us hospitality like no other. Thank you very much!

Getting there was a bit confusing at first. We didn’t realise that there were two main entrances and ended up taking the more complicated path. But after finding out the closer entrance to get to the Vatican faster, everything was easier.

It is a modern building, stylish industrial-style design, with comfortable and functional facilities. Very close to the Vatican and walking distance to town center (20 minutes or so) Large, spacious beds and thoughtful blinds to keep the sun out. The gym is really quite good! I think this place is ideal for young people. It was exclusively a university dorm and STILL is, in part. (which is good and bad) One of the desk attendants....a young man from Kyrgyzstan whose name I have sadly forgotten.... was an absolute prince. He was so very kind and helpful. I hope that the management reads this and recognizes him for his friendly and dutiful service.

they need to catch up to their identity of being a hotel, not just a dorm. There are flyers posted up all over the building advertising their take-away lunches, but it turns out they were not even serving them in Summer. When you want coffee you have to pay at the front desk, then bring a ticket over to the cafeteria to redeem it. The washer/dryer setup requires you to download an app to use it. You need to sign up at the front desk to use the gym, etc. I felt like I was a college student again (which is good and bad)

The location was ideal, to get round rome.

Only thing that I didn't like was that this was a hotel / student dorm, which was a bit okward. Apart from that the room where modern and was reasonably priced. The accommodation was hard to find. And think it could be better signp posted. Payment at the gates or signs for directions?

Interesting concept to share the hotel with students. we enjoyed it a lot. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was big and clean.

The was a strange smell in the bathroom which did not really go away even after trying various things.

The room temperature was set to 23 degrees , it is not possible to change the temperature in Rome weather.

The hotel is well located, near the tourist spots, train station, bus stop, a market and restaurants.

Finding the hotel was a little bit confusing and stressful. I think it should have more signs at the gate entrance and nearby.

The whole campus is full of green, architecture of the main building is really nice. Whole complex is equipped in modern and minimalistic way, staff is kind and helpful. Hotel restaurant offers breakfasts/lunches/dinners and drinks for reasonable prices.

The main bed in my room was constructed from 2 parts which were not mounted into one piece which was causing noise during any move on the bed. Room was also equipped with very tiny curtains so with combination of 24/7 lights on terrace it was almost impossible to make room dark enough for sleeping.

the location & its sweet lady staff who really knows what she is doing and very kind & patient in helping us with all kinds of things/needs. she is the best there at the front desk!!
