Casa Tua Vaticano Guest House

There are big hotel corporations out there who need to take some training advice in customer service from these guys. Definitely not the usual guest house you would expect to find. It is more of a 4* star hotel and maybe even 5*stars for some. The young lady at the check-in was very helpful, friendly and with a personal touch. It was a first time for us to have all of our questions answered without even asking anything at all :) The room was a good size, with very good amenities and the bathroom was also clean. I can't complain here. We got our complimentary breakfast delivered to our room which was nice. When checking out, the man from reception was very engaging and caring. He kindly called a taxi and made sure we were not overcharged. Thank you very much for caring. We will definitely book again when we are next in Rome. Thank you. ❤️❤️

There is nothing to dislike. Except the single beds were pushed together and some travellers wouldn't like that. But if you have a long busy day ahead, you won't be bothered too much about it. Rome is generally expensive and this is an amazing deal for the price. Book with confidence and you will meet some of the best hotel hosts you will ever meet.

The room was clean and cozy, the service was outstanding. Our room has a balcony with table and you can sit there and appreciate the street of Rome. We couldn’t ask for more. The owner was extremely polite and helpful. Breakfast was great and the others guests super friendly. It is so close to the Vatican, walking distance (around 0.9 miles). The area is safe, we walk early in the morning and also late at night. You need a code to enter the facility. You can find several restaurants around. Parking is difficult to find, but we did not have any issue, couple parking lots around the area and the owner was extremely helpful with the parking. Parking was not a problem whatsoever. The hotel is small and it is not expensive. We stayed for two nights, but we already booked for couple more days because we enjoyed the staying at Casa Mía/Tua Vaticano Guest House.

We had a great stay at Casa Tua. Personnel was very friendly and welcoming and made our stay even more relaxing. Facility was easy to find, there is a bus station in front of the apartment and metro station about 15min walking distance. Breakfast was very good and delicious. The most important thing for us was that the room was spotlessly clean! We stayed there during New Year's holidays and a very special touch from personnel was a small bottle of prosecco in our room. Thank you for a memorable stay in the Eternal city!

The staff, especially Rosanna! Even before we arrived, she made us feel so comfortable and welcomed. She gave us suggestions for restaurants, proper direction for checking after hours, and helped with our luggage on the checkout day. And when we had an early tour start before breakfast, she even prepared us a small breakfast. Give her a raise! The property is clean, secure, and well stocked for essentials including a mini fridge and iron/ironing board.

Be careful turning the shower and bidet all the way on, the pressure is strong! Also, consider having a small stock of washcloths or loofahs or bath sponges. We brought our own but it would have been nice. Finally, we did takeaways from some of the restaurants; it would have been nice to have a microwave to warm things up - we had a lot of food left over. These should NOT be deterrents from booking this place - if it’s available, book it!

The staff were very communicative through the arrival process and very friendly throughout. The stay felt personal and we genuinely felt looked after by the team at the property. The location is great and the room very clean and attractively decorated. Good air conditioning and big bright window. The breakfast was lovely and was able to be brought to our room by the staff which was a nice touch.

It would have been great to have a small fridge in the room for keeping water/drinks chilled. And possibly a better selection of hot drinks and milk etc in the room for tea coffee - but these are minor points which the property could easily upgrade upon receiving constructive feedback. So not detracting from the enjoyment of our stay!

The room was a little small but we were out all day, so it wasn't a problem. It is not a fancy hotel, more a bed and breakfast. But the staff makes you feel like you are a part of the family. Truly try to accommodate. Whatever you need, they work to make it happen. We could walk to the Vatican and some of the other tourist attractions.

It's funny but all over Europe it was the same. Thin toilet paper. We are just use to the two ply, extra soft. Other than that, we was great for us.

Everything was excellent, it was a last minute booking but the host was very attentive, informative and kind. It's a walking distance to most of the tourist attractions also there are busses that run frequently. I didn't have time to have breakfast and the host was so kind to pack sandwiches and water for me. Wish I was staying longer but definitely will visit again. Everything was very clean, just as it looks in photos, host is extremely communicative and sweet. Highly recommend 👍

The hotel is located almost in the city center, there is a bus stop a few steps away, so everything is very convenient. Cleanliness, care, communication, everything is at the highest level!!! We recommend this hotel to everyone!)

The breakfast was perfect for us. Filled croissants, cappuccino, grilled breakfast panini, yogurt, fresh blood orange juice!

The showers were hard to use, fairly narrow, with the shower heads very high, but wouldn't spray straight down, my wife is short so she had to use the hand held, we managed fine.

Good location close to bus stop and 10 min walk from Vatican. Lots of traditional restaurants around. Rooms are very nice and clean daily. Hosts were more than helpful. At the beginning they helped us to book all necessary attractions, and gave us even more options what to see and visit. Breakfast were typical Italian but very tasty as well. If we come back to Rome definitely will stay in this same place
