Very good place, quiet and comfortable. The room is very good and big, with a balcony, also the place has a pool and garden. Everything looks very good and clean. A bit far from the center, but close to the metro. The personal is very kind and helpful.

The breakfast was small and you need to choose what you will get in the morning (need to choose from the list of things, but only one thing in each category, so if you take yogurt, you will not receive bread, or if you take eggs you will not receive bacon or cheese). Initially, it supports be kind of continental breakfast, but in the end, it more like an Italian-style breakfast, small and not enough (but important to add that everything was fresh and tasty).

The location is excellent. It is downtown near Circo Massimo and very close to the Metro. The staff was exceptionally helpful in everything that we requested. The pool was very refreshing after a hot day walking around the city. The beds were very comfortable and the patio/balcony (we stayed in two different rooms on two different dates) was very relaxing. Amazingly, the construction and design made most of the city sounds evaporate. The breakfast package is well worth the money and we never left hungry to start our day.

The only, and I mean only, complaint I had was that the staff left placards standing in the room indicating they had room service when the did not. My wife and I had planned our arrangements that we'd order in one night and just totally relax after what we knew would be a long day touring and were terribly disappointed that room service was not an option as the signage indicated.

Quiet small motel style, really comfortable bed, 200 m from metro but could walk to Vatican - 3km. Friendly helpful staff- Victor, Raffy. Nothing too much trouble. Good local restaurants. Loved the variety at breakfast and lastly the pool!! Really good place to stay!

Bulkhead over bed! Kept bumping our head! No kettle in room.

The hotel is an oasis in the center of Rome within a 10-minutes' walk from the Colosseum. Just one word - AMAZING. Amazing location, wonderful quiet territory covered in trees and flowers, grass everywhere with plenty of shady spaces to hide from the summer heat. The birds are singing constantly making you feel like you are far way from the city noise. The rooms are just perfect, spacious and well-designed. The breakfast was wonderful as well.

The room had next to zero soundproofing. We lived on the first floor just outside of the dining area and we could hear every step, every word and every other noise made on the first floor of the hotel. It sounded like people were dining in our room. Didn't bother us much as the noise started simultaneously with us waking up. But if you are a late sleeper, you will most likely be bothered by this. Don't think that the second floor rooms have the same problem though.

The people working there are fantastic and did their best to make the stay as pleasent as possible. The location of the hotel is great with only one minute to Circo Massimo.

Whoever planned the room has never lived in a happy relationship. Either the light stays on at night or there is a clear view of the toilet. We didn't understand who came up with the idea of the sliding door in front of the bathroom. Few people are interested in being in the spotlight when going to the bathroom. Since the door opens a small corner when the bathroom is closed, which turns on the light via a motion sensor, even if you move in bed, the choice is: light and privacy in the bathroom at night or no light, but a nightly spotlight in the bathroom. A (at least) small closet would not have been bad either.

We loved staying at Fauno Urban Resort. Away from the crazy noise of the city, but close enough to walk to see a lot of the sites. I had a bad back, so we had to take a taxi everywhere but everything seemed really close. They had one of the nicest breakfast spreads I've seen in a hotel in a while, and when we arrived in the afternoon we were able to grab a lite lunch which was also very good. The pictures of the pool don't do it justice (I think the green tile throws off the color) and it was so nice to jump in after a day of wandering and cool off before bed. Speaking of cool, the AC worked better than any of the other places that we stayed at in Italy. The staff was fanastic and extremely helpful with anything we needed, even making sure we had transportation to and from the train and airport. It's a cute, quiet quaint resort and if we make it back to Rome again, we will definitley look to stay there first.

We were very happy with the accomodations.

the hotel is very good located in the city center and near colosseum. you can walk everywhere and on top it has a private parking for a fair prize (18€). The staff is very friendly and helpful. Rome is quite busy and the hotel is the perfect oasis to calm down and relax after an exiting sightseeing day. The pool is quite okay and the breakfast nice. the rooms were very nice: modern, clean and comfortable.

all was very good! If I have to saw something what was not perfect I would say the breakfast could have contain dark bread and it’s sometime a bit noise when the ambulance is passing trough. but nothing bad. it was amazing and we would absolutely recommend to book this super nice place.

GREAT location, w/in walking distance to many restaurants and tourist attractions. The pool is a wonderful respite on a hot summer day. Breakfast buffet is beautiful, and staff is very helpful. We loved being able to grab a quiet drink in the lounge area before venturing out for dinner in the evenings. Additionally, as we had requested our 2 rooms to be close by one another, we didn't realize that the rooms in the main bld only offered 1 queen bed. Our teen boys would absolutely NOT share a bed, so staff was kind enough to relocate them to a smaller room in the courtyard area, that contained two twin beds. We were VERY grateful for the accommodation.

Our room in the main buildings' AC wasn't very cool, but our kids' room, out in the courtyard area, was very cool, borderline cold.

Amazing location - 10 minute walk to the coloseum but out of the centre enough to be nice and quiet. Cheap places to eat within a short walk to the hotel better priced than those in the centre. Bed is super comfy, balcony with superior room lovely in the sun.

I booked a superior room yet facilities promised were not in there - coffee machine and access to Tea/kettle etc. when I asked for a kettle I was told to just request a tea/hot drink when we wanted…. We then got charged for these on the way out! Renovations also happening atm so a little dirty but that didn’t bother us.

Great location, Circus Maximus on the doorstep and the Colosseum less than 10 minutes walk. Nice restaurants close by. The hotel was very clean with daily room service. Our room was outside the main building but this had no impact on access to the amenities. Staff were very welcoming and efficient. Breakfast was very good, with a wide variety of choice.

Missed the atmosphere of a busy hotel bar and during our stay there was no evening food available.
