Giuturna Boutique Hotel

The location was amazing! Very close to most of the main sites and the Termini train station. You’re also surrounded by restaurants and the hustle and bustle of the city, but you still feel like you’re in a safe area. The staff was friendly and helped us with as much as they could, but note that they are not there 24/7 like in some hotels, but it was never an issue for us. They also allowed us to check in early since we were desperate to get into our rooms after our flight and that was a huge plus for us! The beds in the room were incredibly comfortable (which can be hard to find in Europe) and for a smaller boutique hotel, the size of the rooms were great for myself, my husband and our 5 year old who had her own futon to sleep on.

No elevator. That was our biggest challenge with the amount of luggage we had to take up and down the stairs, but there are rooms on the main floor, so if you are concerned, you could always request something there. The cleanliness in the room could have been a bit better, but it wasn’t terrible by any means. If you are incredibly picky, you may find fault there, but for us it was fine.

The room was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. It was in the building right next door to the hotel, so felt more like a little apartment. The room was big for Rome! has a walk in closet area for clothes and suitcases, washroom was nice. location was perfect - 2 min walk from Trevi Fountain.

We loved everything! only thing to note is that the elevator is very narrow. Two people can fit but it’s small and getting large suitcases in would be difficult. The unit is on the top floor - so taking stairs would be hard/ not accessible for all travellers

everything! location. the room itself. it’s cute, brand new, has it all and very very comfortable. close to everything and to a very big private very affordable parking lot.

at breakfast fast, that it wasn’t included in my reservation, which I knew, I only took a cup of coffee and a piece of tiny cake… they saw and obviously knew because they had to made me the coffee themselves from the grinder macchine and didn’t say anything (!) but at check out they charged me for €12. a very big surprise for me, for the charge itself and for the amount. a big no no when talking about Customer service.

The location was fabulous. So many restaurants and things to do around it. We walked all over from the hotel. We rented the apartment and it was perfect. The staff was kind and helpful. There was even a grocery store right there. We would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend.

location is very good walking distance from every important touristic points. we didn’t need public transportation. we also like to walked very much and go sight seeing :) Fontana di Trevi it’s very near. 5 minutes walking from the hotel

the thermal power plant was in the bathroom and it started every 10-15 seconds without us using the hot water or water in general. we thought that it is for the full building and maybe the neighbors are using the hot water and maybe that’s why it started so often. for 8 euro/day for breakfast it was very simple and basic but good taste. just coffee, juice, cereal with milk and pastry

Nice small hotel, just in the beginning of Rome's pedestrian walk (aka cultural paradise). Just behind 'that's amore' restaurant The rooms were spacious, clean and modern. Breakfast area was also small but had enough items to start your day happy! Staff was also very helpful and polite. We were travelling with two young children (1 stroller) and were worried about not having an elevator. However, this was not an issue as we were storing it at the ground floor. Overall a great option. One we would revisit.

Excellent location at the middle of the centre, clean and big rooms with cozy atmosphere. Walking distance to Treve fountain, Spanish stairs and shops.

Arriving at the hotel was not easy, even using google maps! The sign with the street name was old and fading, and no clear sign holding the name of the hotel - only written on the drapes over the entrance, which were covered by the restaurants' tables in front! It took us around an hour of searching the block with our siut cases - sadly no one at the neighbourhood knew where the hotel was, nor did they know Largo de tritoni street, even workers at closeby shops! All this place needs is to be noticeable with a clear sign and it might just score 10/10

Location steps from Trevi Fountain, restaurants, shopping. Definitely exceptional cleanliness and attention to detail. Clean a/c, beds, bathroom was large and recently remodeled. But again the view in the Quadruple room was amazing and the restaurant next door delicious!!!

Probably having a bell boy to help with luggage up the stairs as there is no elevator.

The staff was very friendly and the hotel is situated in an excellent very central location for tourist sightseeing in very close walking distance from the major city sites and attractions.

The only shortfall was breakfast which I would say it was below expectations. It was basic, not continental, as it was mentioned in the reviews. It basically included only sweet desserts, not eggs or cheese and the like. Only upon our request the friendly staff added the day after some cheese and ham.

The location was very good. Overall even though it is an older building with apartments it was well maintained.

I know that it is difficult in older buildings to put in elevators. This elevator was rather small and you could only fit one person in there with all of the luggage. Also at night it got a little noisy outside.
