U-Visionary Roma Hotel

Great location, great staff, excellent breakfast

The room we were in faced the intersection, and sleep was almost impossible. Manager told us that if we had complained he would have moved us. Our view is that we should not have been placed us in this room(104) in the first place . Management is aware of the noise problem

The location of the hotel is great, very central, and close to some of the main attractions in Rome. We loved our room, it's on the darker side, but that fits the overall styling. Their rooftop terrace was a huge plus, great for dinner or late-night drinks. Very kind and helpful staff. They have a mobile phone (free of charge) with google maps etc, a nice extra!

No sockets next to the bed sides, we had to disconnect the lamps to use our chargers. They do have USB ports, but only the older ones—no USB-C. An adapter would be useful here. Not a lot of space for your suitcase, it was ok, but if you've 2 you're in trouble. There was no body wash, only shampoo (which was great), and conditioner. The soap could use something to put it on, the sink becomes quite messy this way.

The hotel is exceptional, the staff is very distinguished, led by Gorgo, who was present throughout the hotel, any owner would certainly wish for an employee like him. Excellent reception, very friendly and helpful staff. The interior decoration is beautiful and the location of the hotel is close to everything. Cleanliness is unparalleled. I recommend booking without consulting anyone.

Located deep in the heart of Rome, at a walking distance from all major attractions. The hotel is new, decorated nicely, very clean and comfortable, the bed is exceptional! Rich continental breakfast with good adherence to social distancing rules. The staff was very kind and helpful as well!

we have to ask about the slippers, robes, even the soaps and tissues. these things should be at the room and bathroom without asking for it. the sink and the shower flooded… the house keeping didn’t notice it!! when they clean the bathroom they should notice it and ask to fix it.

I chose U-Visionary partly because of the location (which is amazing) and I’m so glad we did. The pictures of the hotel were a little dark but surprisingly the rooms weren’t so dark in person, I also think the warmth of the dark walls added to such good night’s sleep! The staff were so kind and helpful and the roof top terrace was amazing! The breakfast and the food we ordered on the roof top deck are both fantastic! It was also very clean and everyone was really attentive and helpful! I would definitely recommend to family and friends!

The Only down side is the bathroom was a little dark. But I love’d the mirror and the light for make up!

U-Visionary Roma was very clean and the staff was excellent. The location was super close to the Metro which made access to the sights of Rome very accessible. The breakfast was particularly wonderful..many great choices. The manager of the food service, Eriselda, was very efficient and helpful too.

The decor of the room was so dark with heavy black drapes, even in the bathroom. The location of the hotel is right downtown and close to the Trevi Fountain, but it was in a shopping area, next time I would want a more residential area.

Excellent location! The whole staff was super helpful. I messaged several times through the app regarding parking garages in the area and restaurants, and they always got back to me promptly. Although we were only there one evening, we made sure to take advantage of the rooftop bar. The bartender there (I wish I can’t remember his name) made my husband and son-in-law, one of the best old fashion drinks of the trip! Grazie tutti U-Visionary

Took me a little bit to get use to the overall darkness of room ..

The front desk staff was amazing answering every question I had. Very kind pleasant people .The resturant staff was also good although we had to ask 4 times before we got our hot tea and coffee with breakfast. The breakfast was great though.The room was very clean and comfortable. My only complaint was everything was done in dark rich beautiful colors but the lighting in the bedroom and bathroom were not enough and it was hard to see to put on makeup or even shower . Rooms and hallways need more light.

The hotel has only been open a few months so everything is fresh and new. Location is fabulous, literally 3 mins from the Trevi Fountain and 5 mins from the Spanish Steps. Rooms are wonderful and decadent and the team at reception and the bar are super friendly and helpful. We didn't have breakfast so cant comment on that. They have a roof terrace which is great and once the weather heats up a bit would be fantastic to sit and have some drinks at night taking in the views across the city. All in all it was wonderful experience and we will definitely be back.

The lighting in the bathroom was quite poor for putting on make-up (so my wife says)
