it was in a great location and there was no noise if a nighttime which was really nice! there was a really good coffee shop opposite for breakfast but I recommend going early we went at 10 at waited half an hour for the coffee as nice as it was. checking in was easy and we could leave our bags after checkout they also made us aware of tube issues the day we were leaving to tell us to leave more time for the airport. I would tell others to stay here and go again! 5 minutes to the Spanish steps and trevi fountain

the only thing we didn’t like was the beds it was two single beds together and the way the were put together we fell through the middle a lot as comfortable as the bed was when on one side. we could also hear the alarm of the room next to us but that was probably more that they had it very loud

This was our second stay at Spagna Ave. We stayed for the first time in July 2017, when we had first met. I swore we would return when we were married … and that’s exactly what we did. We returned this weekend. We love this hotel, it’s in such a good location (2 minute walk from the Spanish Steps and only 5-10 minutes from the Trevi Fountain). The room was spacious and clean. I love the tea and coffee making facilities by reception and also the ice cold water machine. The toiletries are replenished daily, as are the towels and the beds are really comfy. I loved how effective the air con was, keeping our room nice and cool! Thank you once again for a lovely stay.

We love the hotel, it’s faultless. If I had to comment on something, it would be how high the keypad is on the outside of the main door. I was unable to reach it.

We loved being right between the Spanish steps and the Trevi Fountain in this sweet little hotel. The room size was generous and the ceiling fresco was atmospheric. We appreciated the free tea and coffee station in the hallway. I liked the Italian style breakfast ( coffee and pastry) at the nearby cafe as it was great value for money. We didn't try the buffet breakfast.

Great location, walking distance to major attractions and to public transportation. Welcoming staff, clean rooms. I would stay there again.

This is minor and is informational rather than a complain: We had 2 rooms for 4 people. Rooms were small but sufficient. We shared the bathroom which was private for our 2 rooms but in the hallway. We knew about this ahead of time. Its a small inconvenience but was worth the price we paid. My husband is 6'1" with broad shoulders and he complained that the shower was too small for him lol

Location: Extra convenient. Close to Fontana di Trevi and Spanish Steps Great breakfast 2-min walk cafe: "Settebello" Very polite personel. Try their focaccia and sandwiches!!! Late check in available and super-easy! Beautiful Room with hot water available all day Many available plugs for charging our e-devices Great safe for our purses and e-devices

Towels and bedsheets haven't been changed, although we've stayed 4 nights. But the room was being cleaned daily. Fridge was too noisy, so we haven't used it. Air condition was quite noisy.

Stuff - Very helpful, responsive and great! Location - Super! Cleanliness - Very good. Room was cleaned and arranged every day Comfort - They have few rooms with bath inside the room and few with dedicated and only yours bath but outside the room. Though it is only yours, clean and very comfortable on its own - the fact it is outside the room is less comfortable. In our case was not an issue, but it is good to put attention which room you book.

The room was spacious and the bathroom was nice. The staff was really nice. We caused a power outage in our room and they sent someone to help us right away. They also was accommodating with holding our luggage after we checked out.

There really isn't anything bad to say but I think it was the door that was thin because we could here the littlest noise outside in the hallway.

It was close to the Spanish steps, bought the breakfast tickets and the place we ate at was great, the owners and staff was super friendly we were treated like family. The hotel was clean and we felt safe staying therr.

The hotel had no dressers for a 10 day stay we hD to keep most of our stuff in our suite case. Other then that we were happy with our stay. No ice machine tho.

Property is wonderful! The room was a immaculate and very spacious, fabulous shower and the bed was super comfortable with wonderful bedding and pillows. All of the staff were really friendly and helpful too! The hotel location is just perfect, one stop from Marienplatz and 2 stops from Theresenwiese.

Only issue was the room was a little warm and the a/c wasn’t going any lower than 22, but we just slept with the balcony door open!

Location is ideal. Very clean and daily cleaning. Good value for money. The size of the room. All in all very suitable for a family of 3.

Second wall plug near the master bed would be useful. A small inconvenience having in mind the number of gagets that a family usually carries that needs to be charged.
