Hotel Fellini

This is a more traditional hotel than the other properties we stayed at while in Italy. The staff was very helpful and the location is very close to Trevi Fountain area. We were easily able to walk to all local attractions...some further away than others. Breakfast was very nice served in the restaurant, with a wide selection of breakfast items.

The shower was very small. It felt like you were in a capsule and if you turned to the side, you bumped the door open. This is to be expected in a European Hotel. Definitely not the size Americans are accustomed too! LOL!!

The staff were the nicest and most accomodating: At the reception, at breakfast - truelly wonderful. They also communicated with us via whatsapp while we were out exploring the city which was very convinient. We had trouble with the WIFI signal in one of our rooms (217, end of the hallway) and they tried to fix it a few times until eventually just put a router in our room. I had trouble with WIFI in other hotels in the past and the most they do is reset it and it still doesn't work so I really appreciated their efforts to fix the issue. The hotel is small but very cute and they do have an elevator even if it's small. Breakfast is simple and the same everyday but good and pretty standard european one. Location was great! A few minutes walk to Trevi fountain, 10-15 minutes walk to spanish steps, Pantheon and other attractions. There's also a supermarket across the street, Sephora at the cornrer and a metro station not too far but we never had to use it.

Rooms are small Beds are small (my dad and brother are really tall 1.95-2 meters) and the bed was too short Also the shower was kinda small for them Elevator is small (2 ppl with no luggage) And the price was extraordinary high for a 3 stars hotel but all hotels during our stay were freakishly expensive or just fully booked so I reccomand booking months in advance if you plan to come in high season

PERFECT location! You have 3 great things near by: A small supermarket across the street (COOP), a shopping street parallel (Via del Tritone) and a lovely small coffee place with good pastries and fast service (TreCaffe - Bistro). Helpful staff. I was alone traveler and the room was in perfect size! Very pleasant and clean, well organized. Water SUPER hot with strong stream in the shower, a laptop safety deposit box big enough for a DSLR camera, 2 lenses, paper tablet, big headphones.... Very useful! I highly recommend this hotel and will surely go back!

you can tell when they built this hotel, they did not cheap out - the marbles, the utilities, everything like an olden day classic hotel. the location is superb and walking distance to everything, down across the main road is full of fantastic restaurants! my request of a room was delivered and they kept in contact about my stay prior.

had contact with 3-4 receptionists, all kind and friendly, but one was reluctant on a simple request of changing towels because we were leaving earlier and needed a shower that day before cleaning service (he delivered in the end though), but made it feel a little awkward and like it was a burden.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Hotel Fellini is based 300 metres from the Trevi Fountain - Rome's biggest gastronomy area, 800 metres from the Spanish Steps, 600 metres from the Pantheon... You can walk everywhere. The hotel room has excellent size for European standards, big bathroom. The staff was always friendly from reception to maids. I read some reviews talking about the size of the elevator... it does the job fine. The location is prime and I will stay at the Fellini again. Great value for money in my opinion.

Someone was always at the reception and when I asked questions about the city, they always tried to help me as best as they can. The room was always clean. The location of the hotel is amazing, it takes about 5 minutes to reach trevi fountain. The hotel is also close to the train station, you can reach to hotel from the train station by walking. If I visit Rome again, I will definitely stay at this hotel.

The room was nice and cozy for two people, enough space to walk around and place small luggages. Room and toilet was nice and clean, with small amenities available (shampoo, shower gel). The location was good and the staff were friendly. They also allowed us to place our luggage in the hotel when we reached earlier in Rome.

The only con was that our room had some issues with the air conditioning but the staff were really friendly with helping us and we managed to resolve it in a few hours! It isn’t the strongest so if you’re very particular about the air condition in summer, this could be something to look out for.

The property is close to most attractions and mostly walking distance. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was good.

I wouldn’t say that I don’t like the rooms. They were small but the bed has space underneath so you can place your luggage, besides we were always out and the small space didn’t bother us.

Great location and renovated rooms were clean and well appointed. Staff were nice and accommodating.

We booked a smaller room than expected. Maybe my bad but basically room to walk around the bed. There were some renovations on the 4th floor that made some pretty loud banging at times but really not that bad.

This is an older hotel in the center of everything. Even the farthest attraction was only a 30 minute walk or a 10 minute taxi which was only about $10 euros each way. Main train station was an $8 taxi or 10 minute walk. Rooms were small but average for Rome unless you spend up for something. They had bigger ones but I was by myself and really only slept there. I went for the sightseeing and restaurants. The breakfast was a buffet which had everything you needed and only $10. The lady who works it was super. All of the staff was knowledgeable and friendly. I was so impressed how clean the place was.

The place for the money was perfect. I will say if you had your own car that could be an issue, I didn't see any parking spots. If you had a lot of luggage you might have to make a few trips on the elevator, it was only big enough for 2 people
