Perfect location, central to all the major attractions, within walking or using Metro/Bus. I understood breakfast was included, but was not. There was free coffee and biscuits. Great little food/coffee shop on the corner. Great AC and very comfortable bed. Daily room cleaning was excellent, with very friendly staff. Coordinating airport pickup and return was very smooth. Smallish bathroom, but adequate for the week long stay.

The internet did not work. A major issue for me, after a full week , and having to work. I would have to go out of hotel for internet. Hotel access for check in was delayed. Our room was near entry doors for check in and late night noise was an issue

Very good location, the room is very cute and clean. Although the shower is the smallest I have ever seen it was clean. Water was drinkable but the WIFI did not work at all. I came on a work trip so I had to go to the cafe instead of working from the hotel Overall very good stay

WIFI doesnt work at all, bathroom too small,room very humid the AC barely does anything.

This is a great spot in Rome, very close to most of the major sights and only a minutes walk away from shops and transport. The room I had was very spacious and the best was very comfortable, there is a nice terrace to sit out on which is a nice addition. Staff were lovely as well .

The shower in my room was a bit broken so I had to hold the shower head which was very annoying.

The hotel was very central to everything. It was around a 5-6 minute walk to get to some of the major attractions. The hotel was also very clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Room was a little on the smaller side. We were rarely in the room so the size wasn’t a huge deal.

It was a no frills room, but it gave you all you need. It was tidy, clean towels every day, plenty of toiletries. Basic was the breakfast, at the bar down the street, a cornetto, cappuccino and succo. But plenty of cordiality. Easy to reach, close to all you want to see and do in Rome, plenty of freedom to go out, stay in or comeback after a long walk in a very hot day. Relais is the right choice and the right price.

Who cares of the very few flaws when what you got was more than enough?

Property is in an amazing location, in the heart of Rome and you can reach wherever you want even by foot. The hostess Lady, as she said, used to be a tour guide, so I think it means that she knows what a traveler needs. the rooms are super clean, she was super helpful in recommending places to visit. breakfast is in the bar next door, an orange juice, a croissant, and a coffee. small, but delicious.

I just wished the rooms were a litter bigger, for 2 people, it's kind of unavoidable not to hit each other when passing! the Breakfast was ok, but could be better with some more choices.

Amazing spot. So close to the trevi fountain. The host was super flexible and met us early to check in. Big sized room that was clean. Had a lift which is a huge bonus and a terrace

Air conditioner in the room rattled and couldn't sleep with it on. Bathroom is a bit old but clean. Would still highly recommend staying here and would book again if we return to Rome

It is licated at the best location. The room exiceeded my expectations, it was super cool, beatiful, the best thing was a mirror at the ciling ❤️the reception girl- Ludovica was very lovely and caring and hepful, never got lazy to explain me all the lications in Rome. I really felt at home - staying there ❤️ The host was super helpful and really very lovely.

The only thing is that the central conditioning was super high- it was very cold in the room.

Great location. All sights within a 30 minute walk, trevi fountain just round the corner. Supermarket across the road. Clean and reasonably quiet considering how central it is. Parking a few minutes walk away in a proper multi storey car park. Price reasonable too.

Nothing really, room quite small but would stay again.

Location was exceptional, just a few meters from Fontana di Trevi. Staff was hyper friendly and always willing to help and go beyond. Maybe there was no breakfast but you could have a espresso in their terrace at any time.

Not everytime was people in reception. Shower was missing one door
